Nestled behind the main house, The Casita boasts a separate entrance within a gated courtyard, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. Step inside the newly updated space, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a fresh bathroom, and a charming kitchenette. Relax in the backyard with a morning cup of coffee, admiring the radiant beauty of the golden hillside illuminated by the evening sunset. Unwind after your day's adventures with a glass of wine, relishing the peaceful ambiance of this lovely one-bedroom retreat.

Explore the neighborhood's flat trail to the park or bike to the beach. Convenient freeway access allows easy exploration of the beaches and mountains. You'll find ample free parking and short travel distances from our home.

The west end of Ventura, also known as “The Avenue” is a diverse, historic and vibrant part of Ventura. As you drive down Ventura Avenue you will notice a combination of light industrial, some commercial and mostly residential areas. This side of Ventura is going through some major investment and becoming a very desirable place to live and visit.

THINGS TO KNOW
-There is a front unit that is separate at the front of the driveway, which is also listed online, ensuring complete privacy with no shared spaces.
- Parking is street parking and is limited to 1 vehicle.
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

The property was as advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. storage for clothes in drawers under the bed. pleasant and quiet. our friends rented the larger house in front which made this there perfect location.

This is a nice, clean efficiency that's perfect for a couple or single. The neighborhood is diverse in the old part of Ventura. the Mexican food options are great on Ventura Av. It's close to beach and town but feels removed and quiet.

Sweet little getaway. The garden in the back and beautiful hills are so relaxing. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the highway. The bed is incredibly comfortable which is sometimes a hit or miss. The host was extremely responsive with any questions or requests. Would absolutely stay here or another property of theirs again.

This place is perfect for my purposes. It’s cozy and had everything I needed! Very prompt response from the host when I reached out, and the little backyard is so cute. Also having a washer and dryer was a BIG plus.
