I had a great stay in this tranquil little abode. Once you walk through the gate into the private courtyard you feel a sense of peace. The little studio space was adorable and well stocked with everything I needed. The backyard was a cute, comfortable place to sit and read and my dog absolutely loved it (she doesn't have a yard back in the city). I cooked during my stay and the kitchen had everything I needed, but the location is central and not only are there several recommended restaurants in walking distance, you can easily drive to the center of the action in Ventura. I found the neighbors to be very nice, and it's a quiet, calm neighborhood. There are a lot of cars parked on the street and sometimes you can't park right in front of the house, but I never had to park very far. I'd definitely stay at this place again given the opportunity.

Had a great time at this place. Perfect to jump off to Ventura, Ojai, or SB.

While small, the unit was very well organized and easy to stay in. The kitchen and bathroom was were easy to navigate.

Sweet little getaway. The garden in the back and beautiful hills are so relaxing. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the highway. The bed is incredibly comfortable which is sometimes a hit or miss. The host was extremely responsive with any questions or requests. Would absolutely stay here or another property of theirs again.

This sweet little Casita is like a home away from home. As you walk through the front gate you’re greeted by the smell of the Jasmine flowers. It’s like walking into a little fairy garden! The casita itself was so lovely and had absolutely everything I needed and more. The kitchenette having a hob and a toaster oven was a huge bonus as I don’t like to use a microwave. There were thoughtful additions like beach towels, iron & ironing board & even a washer & dryer. The back garden was just gorgeous. Sitting having my morning tea with humming birds, butterflies & bees was such a treat. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and felt very safe. I needed a few days rest between moving and this was the perfect spot, like a little retreat. The communication was easy and friendly. If ever i’m back in Ventura I would absolutely stay here. Super clean with lovely, private outdoor spaces. Street parking was easy and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics. Great for a couple with our dog! I would definitely recommend.

The space was lovely and just as described. It was very clean, and obviously had been professionally cleaned prior to arrival, but there was a very strong air freshener scent. The location was easy to find and instructions to enter were very clear. It felt very secure and private, being behind a tall wall and locked gate. I would stay there again!

This is a nice, clean efficiency that's perfect for a couple or single. The neighborhood is diverse in the old part of Ventura. the Mexican food options are great on Ventura Av. It's close to beach and town but feels removed and quiet.

Quiet and wonderful stay

The property was as advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. storage for clothes in drawers under the bed. pleasant and quiet. our friends rented the larger house in front which made this there perfect location.

A nice place for a few day stay in Ventura!

I traveled from another state to have a major surgery in California and stayed here for a couple weeks to recover before going home. The place was clean and very comfortable while I was recovering! It is super quiet, the bed is very comfortable, and it is very close in proximity to the beach and other activities. I would definetly stay here again!

Our stay at Sunny Days Vacation Rentals in Ventura was exceptional. The property was thoughtfully designed, featuring a perfect enclosed yard for our dog, making it ideal for our staycation. Parking was hassle-free, adding to our overall convenience. We had an incredible time and highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great hosts! It was also a perfect place to relax during our work trip with plenty to do afterwards. We loved the privacy and private yard with a beautiful garden. Would love to visit again.

This is a lovely place to stay, very quiet, safe and relaxing. Very comfortable with everything you might need in a place far from home. We hope to return some day soon.

This place is perfect for my purposes. It’s cozy and had everything I needed! Very prompt response from the host when I reached out, and the little backyard is so cute. Also having a washer and dryer was a BIG plus.

Had a lovely stay here while visiting Channel Islands National Park! The space was very peaceful and had everything I needed. I loved doing yoga in the living room with the doors open to listen to the birds and watch the butterflies in the garden. The place felt very clean, cozy, and spacious. It could be a bit far for some, but I walked to downtown Ventura and the beach from here in about 35 mins. Great Mexican food spots nearby and you’re conveniently located to many Ventura area attractions! Would def stay here again :)
