Welcome to Twin Hills River Ranch, a new hill country destination offering the ultimate retreat for outdoor enthusiasts and hunters. A 6-bedroom luxury estate in the heart of Texas overlooking the picturesque Colorado River, can accommodate 20+ guests. Home will sleep 20 in beds set up, we also have a couple of twins tucked in closets should you need additional bedding. Situated on nearly 80 sprawling acres of pristine land, this exclusive property is a haven for large families or groups seeking adventure and relaxation.

Bring your horses, ATVs or simply hiking boots and set off on thrilling expeditions through the expansive landscape, where endless exploration awaits. For gun enthusiasts the property offers a gun range, skeet shooting(shoot only provided-See things to know), Dove Hunting (seasonal) & Hog Hunting(year round, bring corn). A remote stretch of the Colorado River along the property presents additional opportunity for fishing, exploring or rafting/floating(seasonal) in the peaceful Texas Hill Country. At the end of the day choose to relax around an oversize fire-pit overlooking the River, or watching a magnificent Texas at the crest of Twin Hills. Pickle Ball court and facilities are under construction and coming soon.

Inside the lodge, you'll find a haven of comfort and luxury, boasting oversize balconies and patios, all with magnificent views. A large modern kitchen, with all new KitchenAid appliances, is fully stocked for gourmet meal preparation. Complete laundry facilities are also available including a commercial scale washer/dryer combo. The six spacious bedrooms (including a Bunk Room) are meticulously designed for rest and rejuvenation, featuring 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 twin and 3 twin-over-queen bunk beds to accommodate groups of all sizes. Each bedroom is equipped with a large screen TV, ensuring that every guest can unwind in style.

There is a game room that includes a ping pong table, board games, and a bar for your enjoyment. THINGS TO KNOW:
-This home requires a separate liability waiver to be signed within 24 hrs. after booking. Failure to sign will result in the cancelation and refund of your stay.
-This home offers approximately 80 acres of land, guests are welcome to bring horses, ATVs, or utilize the onsite gun range, skeet shooting and dove hunting (Seasonal), or fish in the river on-site.
-bring bottled water, as water is supplied for the home by rain water catchment system.
-The main road is caliche and all trucks (recommended) and cars need to stay on the caliche road. ATV's and other small vehicles can go on the other roads. If it rains the caliche road is fine but the rest of the ranch can get very muddy.
-This is a working ranch and as such you may encounter wildlife and rustic terrain
-Security Camaras are on the gate and full coverage of the exterior of the home with high resolution, night vision cameras. There are no camera in the house.
-Guest who want to skeet shoot will be provide the machine only an will need to setup, & bring there own clays/shells.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to be paid separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
