Originally built in 1907, this charming establishment holds a rich history of welcoming travelers from near and far. Spanning across two stories, this cherished suite not only offers upgraded amenities but also exudes a distinct personality.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfy Living room that provides a queen sleeper sofa. You will be able to enjoy a movie or two on the 55-inch smart TV that blends seamlessly into the backdrop of historic charm.

As you ascend the winding spiral staircase, envision the rich history you are a part of and find solace in the queen-size bed. You will have access to a spacious walk-in closet alongside an en-suite bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination—a perfect haven for relaxation after a day of exploration. For those outdoor lovers, you will also be able to step out onto the covered terraces (on both levels).

Overall our stay at The McKenzie Guest House was awesome. The property is very nice and is just one block off of Main Street, so there was plenty to do within walking distance. We were impressed with how pedestrian friendly Downtown is. Lots a courtyards and patios to hang out in/on. Lots of great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay visiting beautiful Marble Falls, TX because of the amazing Travis Suites by Sunny Days. This place offered such cozy accommodations that are located in historic downtown and steps away from great food and fun. The place was spotless, with a beautiful views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive, professional and welcoming allowing an early check-in with hassle-free instructions. The McKenzie Guest House was the perfect cozy spot for our honeymoon. We made plans to hike and enjoy the area surrounding Marble Falls and the lake, and the Travis Suite was our ideal home base. Our accommodations were conveniently located, clean, and well-furnished. Having our own kitchen was a must, and the suite's was stocked with everything we needed, to include a coffee maker! Our bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the separate second-story loft with spiral staircase. The bathroom was clean, inviting, and stocked with shower essentials. We appreciated the attention to and preservation of historic details throughout the suite, especially the hardwood floors and woodwork. During our stay, we mostly explored outside of town (Balcones Canyonlands, Enchanted Rock, and Inks Lake for hikes/stargazing; the Longhorn Caverns; Flat Creek Winery's tasting), but we did enjoy local spots to include Bear King Brewery, Darci's Deli, and Sips on Second. Thank you for a great stay!

This is in a great location near downtown and there is a lot to walk to right nearby. It's helpful that there is parking in the back as well. We stayed for one night and it was easy to check in, everything was clean, and it was simple to check out as well. Would stay here if I needed to be in Marble Falls overnight.
