Beautiful condo, beautiful pool, great location with quick, easy access to the beach … and several outstanding restaurants! We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Turks and Caicos! The condo is light and airy with a beautiful view of the pool area and marina. The walk to Smith's Reef is easy but I recommend packing light. The only thing you'll need to bring is snorkeling gear - the varieties of tropical fish and amazing reefs are beautiful!

I really enjoyed my experience. The place was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. I loved the pool and it was walking distance to multiple bars/restaurants. There was also security at night and it’s gated which made me feel safe. The host was a great communicator and responded to us quickly whenever we needed anything or had questions. I highly recommend getting a rental car if you want to explore more and save money as the taxis can be expensive and limit your ability to go where you want, when you want.

We loved everything about this Airbnb! The location, a walk to the most beautiful beach, the space and the peaceful setting! Thank you Anya for allowing us to have a fantastic vacation!

Our stay in Turks and Caicos was fantastic. The apartment at Turtle Cove was very comfortable. The linens were spotless and the bed was comfy. Sunny Days was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals. It was great that there were some flippers, snorkels and beach umbrellas as well. We had a great time and would visit again.

Anya’s place is absolutely amazing!! My husband and best friend and her husband stayed here for two weeks and couldn’t be happier! The Yacht Club itself is a great complex with a wonderful pool area, nice and quiet. It’s also just a short walk to several local restaurants and to Smiths Reef for snorkeling or just a nice calm time by the ocean. Everything else was no more than a 15 min drive. We are already planning our next trip back! I would 100% recommend staying here!!!

This place is very spacious! The absolute best location. The pool is awesome and the location was walking distance to the best beaches and restaurants. If you plan on visiting the TCI I highly recommend a stay at Anya’s place!

Our family had such a lovely stay at this condo! Although we arrived a few days before the Covid outbreak we made the most of it. The condo is very large and in a great location. We couldn't have asked for a better lay out. We hope to return next year!

Anya’s home is beautiful. 5 minute walk from the beach. Large living, dining and kitchen space. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Kitchen is stocked with appliances. Bathrooms were cleaned well. Beds were extremely comfortable. The house is all around cozy. Anya was responsive to our needs and helpful with local recommendations. The pool was nice. Centralized location. This was a top tier Airbnb experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!

Thorn and Anya are amazing hosts. They were extremely responsive and helpful and offered many excellent recommendations for beaches and restaurants. We will definitely plan to go back soon!

This home was absolutely beautiful. Anya’s place had everything we needed and more. It’s a short walk to the beach and Smith’s Reef which was super nice to visit but we ended up getting a rental after 2 days since we were mostly hanging out in the Grace Bay beach Area. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend.

This unit was even nicer in person! Spacious, clean and great location! Gated community, a plus! Very safe! SunnyDays was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place !

My husband, our two children (ages 16 and 10), and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, central to all amenities. We spent our days at the nearby beach (just a 5-minute drive) and appreciated the saltwater pool. Sunny was very responsive to my inquiries. I highly recommend this accommodation! Go to the fish fry(thursday), rent from Scott's, and eat at Chinson's!

Anya’s condo is in a great location near restaurants and is within walking distance to smiths reef- a great snorkeling spot. The condo is in a safe gated neighborhood. The pool and surrounding landscaping is very pretty and an enjoyable view for sunsets. The condo itself is well laid out and private enough for two couples to share

Our family of 4 just returned from an amazing stay in Turks & Caicos at Anya’s condo at The Yacht Club. The condo is very spacious with a very large deck that overlooks the pool, perfectly positioned to view sunsets each night. Feel very fortunate to have found this gem just a short distance from Grace Bay and blessed with an awesome reef at the nearby beach (only a 5 minute walk). We snorkeled every day, viewed many beautiful fish, barracudas, sea turtles and even an octopus swimming and walking on the ocean floor. The beach was never crowded, snorkel gear, chairs, towels etc are included for maximum enjoyment. The pool is refreshing for a dip after the beach and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Also recommend Caicos Dream Tours for a snorkeling trip to a reef further out, a perfect ending to a fantastic vacation!

Condo was nice. Super clean and everything worked as it should. It was nice to be close to things on the island and the beach was a short walk.

You won't regret staying here. Perfect location, great pool and superb accommodation. Best shore snorkeling around the corner and cafe and restaurants within walking distance. The Yacht Club is our favorite spot and this unit is top notch.

Wonderful stay at TCI and we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations! Had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Huge kitchen and dining area…but we really enjoyed the patio most. Terrific view of the harbor too! Quiet and well-kept gated location centrally-located made it extremely easy to get anywhere within minutes.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting TCI!

A beautiful home just a short walk away from a beach and 5-10 min drive away from all restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Anya was a huge help and responded to all of my messages within minutes. I’d highly recommend this place to anybody planning to stay in Turks.

Anya’s place was fantastic. Her having two bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The pool outside of the unit was great along with the balcony. We enjoyed our drinks and scenery while sitting out back after dinner. Also, Anya was very communicative when something was needed. There’s several restaurants within walking distance including Sharkbite, where we went the day of our departure. The grouper sandwich was excellent. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay at Anya’s.

This apartment is just perfect! Super clean and super comfortable! Amazing balcony! It's in a very beautiful area, close to everything and walking distance to the beach. It's the best airbnb apartment where we stayed until now! The owners are very nice and reply very fast to the messages. We had a great time!

Roomy, comfortable condo. Beautiful location with the balcony and pool, plus a quick walk to a great beach.

This unit was great. First off, the size is absolutely huge! We enjoyed the spacious common living area and balcony space. Next, the location made walking to Smith’s Reef or the marina restaurants a breeze. We enjoyed Turks Wave and Hideaway Cafe for breakfast, Shark Bites for lunch, and Mango Reef for dinner. All are a very short walk from the rental. We were part of a larger group of people staying at various units at The Yacht Club. It is a nice alternative to a costly resort, as everyone had their own kitchens and living space, but we could gather at the pool to plan the day or enjoy the sunset before dinner.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days in two couples and was ana amazing stay! There is plenty of room to relax and cook. If you are willing to cook apartment has a complete set of utensils. Location is a plus also. The beach nearby is not crowded and you are minutes way from the popular grace bay.

Anya's place was super clean, centrally located, and easily accessible. The location is excellent relative to proximity to restaurants, beaches, and tourist excursions. Her place offered all the amenities one could need while on vacation, from snorkel gear, beach towels, to beach chairs. Anya was extremely helpful in helping us book tour excursions and in providing a written guide to essentials such as the local grocery store and tourist attractions. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was a steal and so much more spacious that you can even imagine. We chartered a boat that was literally at our footsteps. Grace Bay Beach is an easy ten min drive away. The complex was secure, clean and friendly. Beach access is a two minute drive. We would absolutely stay again!

There’s not enough room for me to express my appreciation for Anya and Thorn’s hospitality. We truly eased into vacation mode as soon as we walked into their unit. I’ve attempted to sum up our sentiments below.
1. Location: airport, multiple beach, restaurants, grocery store and covid antigen testing
2. Condo: easy check in, extremely clean, great communication, awesome pool, spacious, large kitchen and balcony, great views of ocean and harbor, friendly neighbors
3. Safety: secure entrance to the
grounds, security on duty 24/7, 2nd floor unit out of the way of traffic

Excellent stay! We really enjoyed the location (everything was about 10min away). The gated community was a plus for safety and the place was beautiful with great space and furniture. Loved the king size beds and view of the pool. The host was super responsive to my many questions. I recommend!

Anya was an incredible host! She was very responsive to any messages and was a wealth of knowledge about the island.
The Yacht Club is an amazing location, close to everything, double infinity pools looking over the marina, and ocean views! Sunrise and sunsets are spectacular here! The condo is amazing as well, two full bathrooms, cozy beds, and the front porch was my favorite spot to read in the morning. The gym had a full free-weight rack and we were able to work out every morning during our stay.
We are already planning our return trip. Highly highly recommend staying here.

I can't say enough good things about this listing. It is exactly as described if not better. Anya was a great host - she was very communicative and responded very quickly to our questions. We requested an item and she had it to us within 20 minutes.
The location was perfect and centralized. We rented a car and it wasn't more than a 10-12min away from any of the beaches we visited, and we went all over the island. While the closest beach is within walking distance (10-15min), I'd definitely recommend renting a car. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, which was very convenient.
The unit was VERY spacious and stocked with vacation needs. The kitchen had all the appliance, utensils, and cookware to cook full meals. Anya provided coolers and ice packs, which were particularly helpful for long day at the beach. She also provided beach towels. There was a washer and dryer, which was great for washing clothes mid-trip and before leaving. The wifi worked great, even with our 8+ devices connected to it. The pool was very nice, right by the unit and was never crowded when we went.
We felt secure as the development didn't have a lot of traffic nearby and there is a gate to enter.
If we are looking to stay in Turtle Cove again, we will definitely be checking for availability at Anya's unit.

Excellent property! Loved all the extras, snorkel gear, umbrella, beach chairs and towels. Large space with a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were so comfortable. Really nice location. We will be back!

The condo is beautiful and perfectly located. Less than a 5 minute walk to public beach roads and multiple restaurants, the location is ideal for visiting the island! We didn’t have a car and were able to get around fine. The condo is large and exactly as pictured, and Anya is extremely responsive and friendly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island. Thanks so much!

This place is in a nice, quiet community. The balcony is large and has a table for four and a loveseat-type wicker couch and chair at the other end. The flowers are all around the balcony as well.
The condo itself is well laid out. There’s plenty of room in the family room and bedrooms. There’s a Bluetooth soundbar that made it nice to listen to music in the evenings. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and cabinets.
Anya and Thorn were amazing to work with. We had an issue with another place and were stressed trying to find a new place. We met them within an hour, booked it, and they brought us anything we needed. Thorn even showed up with some things we mentioned we couldn’t find at the grocery. They were amazing to deal with and that alone sets a tone for the place. We would go back for sure!

The location is near the restaurants at the marina and very walkable. We had a rental car and it was easy to park in the open lot.

The location is perfect- just a few minutes away from the beach, in a beautiful complex, which is very close to several restaurants. We loved the pool and the marina. We absolutely loved our stay at Anyas condo! This is a newer listing so there are still a few little renovations going on, but they werent a bother.
Some things we loved about her place-
Anya and her husband are great hosts (very responsive and thoughtful), the location is perfect (gated community with a 3 min walk to the beach), the condo is beautiful (great/comfy decor), swimming pools at the condos are great and very clean!
I highly recommend booking this place. If we come back to Turks we will definitely seek out this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Yacht Club. The layout of the condo with two separate bedroom and bathroom areas was perfect for sharing with 2 couples. We each had our own private space. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes , pots, glassware , & cutlery.
Outdoor deck was wrapped in gorgeous bougenvillia flowers making it shady and private for morning and lunch, but by afternoon it was pretty warm in full sun.
The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers, full sun or shade as you wish . There were plenty of beach towels provided. We checked the gym out but didn’t use it as often as we thought we might as we enjoyed lots of lengthy beach walks.
Our host Anya, was very responsive to any and all of our questions and requests. We did have a car rented so it was easy to grab groceries and visit restaurants closer to the heart of Grace Bay . Without a car , this location would be a little tough.
We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to another visit next year.

Anya’s place was wonderful, a five minute walk to the beach and beautiful pool below! She provided a bassinet for our 4 month old and let us stay a little later after checkout so we’d have a place for the baby before going to the airport. Definitely recommend!

Staying at Anya’s place was great. The location was convenient, clean, and close to activities and the beach. The place was spacious and clean.

Lovely large apartment with fabulous dining table. Plenty of room to sit both inside and outside. Beds both comfortable. Great to have a wine fridge for drinks as fridge would not have been big enough.
Bathroom grouting needs to re-done soon in both bathrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but being English I like serving plates rather than straight to plate. The kitchen does not cater for my English tastes.
Overall a really spacious apartment with excellent local host.

The condo location is perfect, the grounds and pool are beautiful. I loved the bean bag chairs in the pool, very relaxing.
We walked to most restaurants and Baci was definitely a favorite. You do need a car for groceries and to see the island, although driving on left side of the road is challenging. Lol
Anya was always available for any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to return.

We (2 couples) spent 5 nights here. The unit was on the second floor overlooking the awesome pool and Turtle Cove. We could walk to the beach, coffee shop (Turks Wave Cafe) and restaurants. Sharkbite became our hangout spot. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax in the condo. The beds were very comfortable. If you are a sightseer and want to see the island I would suggest you rent a car. There is private gated parking at The Yacht Club. We used an awesome taxi service for our stay. From this location you’re about a 10-15 minute drive from the main Grace Bay area and restaurants like Cocovan, da Conch Shack and Ricky’s Flamingo. We would stay here again should we return to Turks & Caicos.

The apartment was as depicted. Well stocked and comfortable. The Yacht Club was lovely and well maintained with a large beautiful salt water pool and lush landscaping. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler and blue ice were great!

Very large 2nd floor condo. Great communication and clear instructions from the host, Anya. There is a view of the ocean out the front window and the pool/marina out the back. Walking distance to three very good restaurants--Shark Bite, Mango Reef and Baci. There is also a small place called Hideaway right around the corner that serves jerk chicken/pork, snapper, goat curry and fish sandwiches. Smith Reef/ beach is less than a 5 minute walk where you can snorkel right off of the beach. Bight Beach is a couple minutes away by car and Grace Bay Beach is just a few minutes away. This is a very small island. We explored all of it and the drive doesn't take long to get anywhere. The large IGA restaurant is less than a 5 minute drive and there is a smaller grocery store even closer. The condo has a great supply of kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc. We cooked several meals while we were there. The Yacht Club has a very large pool with views of the marina. Overall this is an ideal location on the island. The drive from the airport is only about 6-7 minutes. The next time we go to Providenciales we will definitely stay here again.
