THINGS TO KNOW:
-Heating the hot tub is included in the rental and doesn’t require an additional cost.
-The pool can be heated for an additional $75 (Plus tax) /day (3 Day Minimum). This is especially recommended during the high season (Oct-May), but generally isn’t needed during the hot summer months. Your booking charges will NOT include this optional pool heat fee. If you would like to include this in your stay, it will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

Home was beautiful and matched up perfectly to pictures and description. Our kids loved the space and the amazing pool. Definitely would recommend for families of 4-6. Close to all things in Palm Springs.

The beds were super comfortable and the house was a nice open layout. The pool was big and pretty deep which was nice. There's also a nice pation area with lots of shade on those very hot days.

Beautiful home, we went there mainly for the pool and it did not disappoint! It was big, and beautifully maintained, the backyard was spacious enough for my family. Online pictures due no justice of how beautiful the house is on the inside. Very clean, colorful and welcoming. I am definitely going back on my next family vacation.
