THINGS TO KNOW:
-Jacuzzi available for all bookings after 6/1/2025
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-This home offers expansive views from your own private patio!
-Just a short drive to the scenic Ventura Pier.
-Public Street Parking only, please note this property does require stair access to and from parking.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility will be applicable and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $155 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
