THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $5/day will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $100(plus tax)/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
