Amazing stay! Feels right at home, and the pool is perfect for the hot weather

This was a fabulous house. Delightfully furnished. Spotless. Fully-equipped kitchen. Modern appliances, bathrooms with great showers.

I booked this home for 2 nights and can’t say enough good things about it. Impeccable furnishings, clean and modern kitchen, comfortable bedding and beautiful grounds. Communication was clear and quick and location was perfect. Would definitely book again!

This place was absolutely adorable! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and soaking up the desert sunshine. Enjoyed downtown for great dinner’s. A perfect getaway spot!

This is a great place—an awesome location for downtown Palm Springs. The two bedrooms with private baths and access to the outdoors from the rooms were nice. Highly recommend.

Sunny Days was the perfect house for us. The design and finishes were gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were awesome. And the location of the house was great, an easy 20 minute walk downtown. Any questions we had about the house were answered quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home inside and out with great touches of design. Quiet neighborhood. So many amenities and easy check in/check out. Would definitely stay again. Miss it already.

Perfect house for a winter getaway!

Beautiful place in a great location. Very comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed. A bit cool to use the pool but loved sitting in the back yard and hearing the birds. Would stay here again if we return to Palm Springs.

Our group had the most wonderful time! It was a beautiful home-base for us to explore palm springs, do the tramway, check out restaurants, and a wonderfully calm place to return to at the end of the day. Everything was clean and organized and the heated pool and spa were perfect ways to start and end the day. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

For a family of 4 this was the perfect house. Great space, great kitchen (we cooked a lot), clean and lovely pool, spent every morning having coffee by the water. Movie Colony is so close to the main strip and we had no trouble ubering around as needed. Can’t wait to come back!

This was an amazing space for our family! The large living area and kitchen was prefect for us and kitchen had everything needed as far as pots, cups, plates. Kids appreciated the basket of toys that the home had and played with them daily.
We loved the large jacuzzi and we very much enjoyed it! Place was clean and everything we could ask for. We wished we could stay even longer and look forward to returning to this home!

Stayed for Coachella and it was the perfect home! I think we took more pictures around the home than at the actual festival!

This was a perfect gathering place for our small family reunion. The kitchen/living space is open, bright and airy and is well-appointed. The entire house is very clean, updated and is nicely decorated. And having 3 bathrooms is a great feature. The outdoor spaces are better than depicted in the photos. In addition to the back patio, pool, spa & dining area, there is a large lawn & garden around 2 sides of the house, separated from the street by a low wall and foliage. And there is a side seating area off 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of the mountains. The neighborhood is good for walking. Communication with management was easy and efficient.

Everything was truly perfect—from the stylish designer furnishings and comfortable custom bedding to the sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a private resort surrounded by lush landscaping and citrus trees. It was also exceptionally well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need — from kitchen essentials to pool towels and thoughtful touches throughout. The management team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. The Movie Colony neighborhood is charming, walkable, and full of beautiful homes with a true Palm Springs vibe.

We stayed at this property during a business trip while attending a conference at the Palm Springs Conference Center. It was me and two colleagues.

The property was excellent—very well equipped and within easy walking distance of the venue. Shops and restaurants were just a quick Uber ride away, making everything easily accessible.

The property is very private and features a beautiful outdoor space. It is maintained to a high standard, making it the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat, a base for exploration, or a convenient location for business travelers.

The host, Sunny Days, provided fantastic communication. Accessing the property was a breeze—electronic locks are much easier than traditional keys or lockboxes.

I cannot speak highly enough about this property and the service from Sunny Days.

The property is gorgeous, very clean, and is super comfortable! I love the themed rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates and much more. Looked just as advertised. It’s also pet (dog) friendly! Will definitely comeback with my family!
