THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.

Beautiful home with plenty of gathering space as well as privacy for five people. The pool area was lovely. The two separate living spaces were great for those who want to read and those who want to watch TV. Excellent location.

the house is lovely and roomy with a beautiful outside pool area. the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. the location was central and close to downtown, on a busy street but the home was still quiet and peaceful.

Being an older home, like all the homes in the area this property was clean, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and spa were wonderful and the outside grill area was fantastic. BBQ grill was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My trip was wonderful, and all credit due was to having such a great house and a wonderful host!! We had a ton of things to do at the house and in town. The house was beautiful and such a relaxing environment, and safe too! The backyard was my zin for the weekend. The pool and spa was beautiful and had many places to sit and lay out. House was clean and was stocked with everything we needed for the entire weekend! So far this was the best Airbnb experience I have had so far with all my travels. The house is located in such a central area and in a beautiful area. I plan on using this host again in another city and will also come back to this house again, super soon!!! Thank you for making my trip absolutely perfect!!

The house was perfect for our needs, two families with young kids. The pool is fantastic and there are lots of spaces. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We all loved being there!
