A large OMG for the location which is ideal for walking both to Grace Bay beach which is only one corner away and several restaurants just 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment is very functional, on the other hand, provide dishwasher detergent and for linens like these are very expensive on the island.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient to Grace Bay and there was ample parking at the building. The pool is VERY nice with a grill and a workout area right by it. We really appreciated how well stocked the condo was. They had more beach towels than we could possibly need. They also had all the necessary utensils to cook. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets at our disposal. The AC works very well which is needed considering how hot Turks and Caicos can get. Our host was responsive and flexible with us for any requests that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay here. Property management was very responsive and they were really flexible with allowing early Check-in and late check-out. The location is really good you can walk to the beach and to the shops. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Grace Bay Beach. Walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. The property was new and modern as well as quiet, peaceful and secure. The unit was clean and spacious. We appreciated the shampoo, soap, detergent and fabric softener being provided. Property management was proactive in providing instructions for accessing the unit and very responsive. I'd stay here again for sure.
