Beautiful modern condo equipped with everything needed for a great stay. New and clean. Pool, hot
tub and bbq area very nice. Great location, close to downtown.

Great place and good size property. Downtown was only about 25 minute walk or short cab ride away.

My wife and I had a very nice week at this smartly designed modern condo tastefully designed with
the PS mid-century modern look. The pool is literally steps outside the front door. It's quiet and the
area is beautifully landscaped. The kitchen is fully loaded though we mostly ate out. And it's jus two
blocks from John Henry's one our favorite restaurants in Palm Springs. WE highly recommend this
location and this unit.

We had an amazing time! The place was spotless, and we had everything we needed to have an
even better outcome o our trip! There was great food over there and a plethora of fun activities.
Whenever we come back I will definitely be booking here again!

My friend and I enjoyed this quiet condo. The place was clean, filled with plenty extra towels and all
kitchen essentials.

Condo was beautiful both inside and outside! Great location and comes fully stocked with everything
you need. We stayed for a week and had a great time; would highly recommend this place and we

This is a beautiful condominium in a very small 9-unit complex surrounding a lovely pool area. Peaceful Sunrise Park neighborhood, yet very close to the airport. Great area for morning jogs or evening walks to look at midcentury homes. 2-minute drive to everything in downtown Palm Springs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice & clean nice; neighbors who actually live in the complex

Immaculately clean, all pictures are accurate. Small condo association...only 9 units so the pool
area is never crowded. Great vibe. The patio with the unit has a small fire pit that is just perfect.
Ideally located in mid PS.. only draw back is some road noise in the master bedroom.

This home was beautifully appointed, spotless and so welcoming! The complex was very quiet and
Vacasa made our stay so enjoyable and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for my daughter, best friend, and me. Loved every detail, and the pool and hot tub were
warm and clean! Parking easy, the condo was stocked with appliances and kitchen ware. Hope to

Just had a fabulous stay at Casa Susita in Palm Springs California.

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for a few days away for a girls getaway! The location
was perfect, it was absolutely spotless, super quiet and the pool area was a great place to enjoy an
afternoon recharge. Maria, who helped with our virtual check-in, was so friendly and helpful. Cannot
recommend enough! Wish all VRBO experiences were like this gem!

Beautiful, quaint condo complex around a nice pool and hot tub. Wonderfully decorated with cool
vibe and very clean. Spacious with en-suite bedrooms and all modern appliances in kitchen. Nice
patios. In perfect location 1 mile from airport and 1 mile from downtown. Would definitely rent again.

Great place! Well appointed, central location, and stylish. Road noise is a little loud in master
bedroom, no hooks in bathrooms, and pillow selection could have been improved, but in general an
amazing stay. highly recommend. Would stay again in a minute.

Everything about this home was wonderful. The layout and design was cheerful and colorful, the
beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect. We loved the easy access to the pool
and hot tub and getting downtown to all the great restaurants in 5 minutes or less awesome. Lastly, if
you love mid-mod architecture, the neighborhood this home is in is adorable. Every day we went for
an hour walk and just wandered around the neighborhood looking at great houses. It all made for a
perfect vacation week. We will definitely rent this home again! Thank you for everything.

We really enjoyed ourselves in the bright home with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Our only
quibble was that it was actually chilly on some of the days we were there- maybe a sign of things to
come?- and we really could have used another blanket in each bedroom.
