Walk up the serene tree-lined brick sidewalk of this home and when you open the door you will find yourself in a sunny great room with lots of large windows making it feel light bright and airy. The living room area has lots of comfortable cluster seating from which everyone can watch the large flat screen TV. A ceiling fan for your comfort is also a wonderful extra. Next to the living room is a desk space for remote working and a four-seat dining table with a kitchen breakfast bar for two. The nearby kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires just add the food and camaraderie and have fun.

The primary queen bedroom also has a ceiling fan a large closet and an updated ensuite bath. Down the hallway the middle bedroom has two twin beds perfect for kids with the second queen bedroom featuring AC, a large closet and front of house views. The expansive private backyard features a large seating area for the whole family a firepit a large turf area for kids and pups to play and a lounge area with fruit trees for the picking.

There is also a second full shared bathroom off the hallway and all beds and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home is in an ideal location close to both the beach and all the shops museums and restaurants of La Jolla Village.
