Sugar Sand Villa

Love it here! Private beach was everything we needed, home was cozy and safe left doors unlocked the whole time.

Some of the most beautiful things in life have to be experienced. This place was truly a remarkable experience for my family. The beauty cannot be described. We were a group of 9 along with my grand-daughter who is 18 months old. The playhouse was a big hit and the grounds were perfect for her to run around. There was a safety gate available and that came in super handy. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and capture the miraculous view. It was a 20 minute drive to Grace bay and we loved that we could come back to our private space afterward. From the moment we booked the communication was effortless, a nice lady met us at check- in and walked us through everything. We had an issue with the ice and it was handled immediately. This was a trip of a lifetime and I am so grateful!

We had an unforgettable stay at this Airbnb! The host was exceptionally responsive, even providing kayaks after we asked about them (these were a big highlight for the kids). The private beach was perfect for the kids to search for sea shells and to watch for small fish while the pool was ideal for both fun and lap swimming. The view, overlooking a national park, was really stunning, especially through the large windows of the house.
Each room in the house was spacious, with individual AC units and ensuite bathrooms - all of which made for a convenient stay. The kids enjoyed all the books provided, while we loved the blackout blinds in the rooms. The kitchen, facing the water with a big window, was perfect for enjoying the view and keeping an eye on the kids while we prepared meals.
This Airbnb made for the perfect family getaway and we're already planning our next visit!

Great place to stay for Vacation! Very spacious, clean and BEAUTIFUL! The host was very proactive and quick with responding! Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else but here when I come back! 10/10 strongly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning and accommodates so many people comfortably. Ensuites in every room. A guest house with all the amenities. Went with my 2.5 year old and 6 month old and it was so much fun with the private beach and the pool along with the Playset. We had a blast.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The small private beach and the pools were definitely worth it. We traveled with 9 of us and there was definitely enough room. This is a great place for kids, the house is lived in and clearly you can tell the owner has kids so it definitely took some stress off since we were traveling with 5 kids! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! The outdoor space at this house is completely unmatched - it's one of the few houses on Chalk Sound with a private beach. They kayaks and paddle board were a hit with our group! The SunnyDays team was extremely responsive and willing to help and answer all questions we had. I would highly recommend this house for a family or group vacation! The views were unbelievable!

This was an amazing property with wonderful views! We had a small family wedding and this property was just right for this event! The property is located away from the main tourist area which was nice and close enough to the airport. Communication was prompt and friendly. We would highly recommend this property for anyone with a large family who would like some privacy while enjoying the Turks.
