-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150+tax/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150+tax/pet fee will be required to be paid separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-The Beach is 50 feet away where you can step onto the sand

A perfect home to celebrate special occasions with family. Large & open upstairs with the best fully equipped kitchen ever! We made Thanksgiving dinner for our family and there was every kitchen utensil, pots, skillets, rosters, bowls, etc. tons of beautiful glasses & dishes & serving prices! If you are a Foodie this kitchen is for you! Also, the most comfortable beds!!! I looked forward to going to sleep! Best of all, it is right by the jetty! A short 2 minute walk to the beach! We went down every evening to watch the sunset! Our family said it was one of their all time favorite Thanksgivings ever. It was an amazing stay!!! Thank you for the sweet note & Turkey baster! Loved that!

The air bnb was beautiful. Literally right across the beach. It came with everything you need for a beach trip including a wagon which made it so easy for us to get back and forth with our 5 kids. The kitchen was amazing, beds were comfortable, downstairs area was perfect for the kids to have their own little hangout, and fire pit out back was great for s’mores. We already have friends trying to book here. Would definitely book again.

We rented the house to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday. All he wanted to do was play board games watch scary movies and just relax. This was the perfect place to do so! The location is literally across the street from the beach so we were able to spend some time there building sand castles and wading in the freezing cold water. There were tons of spaces to play different games which was wonderful. The kitchen is gorgeous and spacious and has pretty much everything we needed. And the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Oh! The patio in the back was really cool and I wish I had spent more time in it but the fire pit looks really nice and cozy.

We will definitely stay there again. Our family had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed all of us to gather together. As we walked along the water, we saw hundreds of seals and boats. It was so close to the beach, we could see the waves crashing from the front balcony.

The Oxnard beach house was a great start to our summer. The place was immaculate and there was plenty of room for everyone. There were 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom and an entire one bedroom apartment with a patio downstairs. The kitchen had almost everything you could ever need to cook meals for family, which we did everyday. The location was amazing, just steps from the beach and a little town area with a few restaurants and a market a block away. We had the most glorious time in our family vacation.

We loved the entire house, including beautiful neighborhood, steps from the beach and pier. The beds (bedrooms) / bathrooms and Kitchen met and even exceeded our expectations. The large open area was great for playing board games, and watching movies. The kitchen is extremelly well stocked with everything to make and serve meals. We loved the bikes and the use of the beach chairs and boogie board. The hosts were very attentive to any questions we had during our stay as well. Highly recommend.
