We had a great stay at Frank’s place, there was a little bit of a cleaning mishap when we got there but Frank was very responsive and generous/apologetic about the issues and made it right. It’s very peaceful and quaint surrounded by lovely lemon trees! We had a great time!

Beautiful home with a great view! We enjoyed walking the property and orchard. The host was good to work with and responsive. The home was decorated for the Holiday which was a really nice and appreciated touch.

This was a great house for 8 girlfriends with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was so peaceful sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen has everything you need including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Inside or out there are large tables and enough seating that your group can eat together. The location is very easy to access and a short ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Communication with Frank and Bianca was excellent. They were quick to reply to all inquiries. We would happily stay here again!

This property is breath taking! It is a perfect place to getaway from all the city madness. And I highly recommend this place if you are traveling in a large group.

The home and grounds were beautiful, picturesque. The place was incredibly spacious and the hot tub was a big plus. This was a very peaceful getaway. Would definitely recommend.

Frank’s place was really nice. The house had so much room and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great, and the decor was great as well. It sits on a large piece of land. We were up for a wedding so we didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked but it definitely met our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked and our dog was very happy as well. It is a little bit of a drive but we would definitely stay here again.

We took our extended family for a couple of nights for Thanksgiving. They all loved it! There is a certain magic in the house and the surrounding land and hill. My favorite part is to wake up in the morning to the birds singing outside and to meditate in the gazebo facing east as the first rays of the sun come up over the horizon. It is very peaceful and quiet.

Frank’s place was in a beautiful location in Temecula! We stayed with a group and it was so peaceful. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and enjoyed the sunlight. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group!

My stay at this home was exactly what was promised in the description! Both Frank and Bianca were very great with communicating with me throughout our stay. The instructions provided made checking in and out super simple. The home and property is so beautiful and just as the pictures portrayed! I am so thankful that I found this property for my group vacation. The rooms are large enough to accommodate large groups. Even the rooms with bunk beds are very spacious and allow for ample room for adults to move around easily. The scenery is so peaceful and rejuvenating. There is so much to do in Temecula. Even if you are traveling with a big group you will easily find something for everyone. I would definitely recommend staying at this property for a getaway with friends or family.

We had such a great time at Frank’s home. The place is spacious and easily accommodated 12 people for our bridal party. The place is located in the mountains so you will lose cell phone reception. There is internet available in the home. The house is surrounded by lemon orchard and was able to hike a little bit. The weather is much cooler than in the valley and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Loved the easy check in and out process. We will definitely stay here again.

Frank's place was amazing, beautiful home with a great scenery! We had a great time spending it there for a weekend getaway. It was extremely calm, private and peaceful. Great getaway to just relax from the inner city. The outside of the home was just as beautiful as the inside, the views of all the citrus trees was phenomenal. The wineries are not too far of a drive from the home. On the way to wineries we passed a Target, a couple of Starbucks snd other shops. We even went to a Boba Tea spot. This place also has a jacuzzi, which was a plus. Frank was a great host. Would definitely recommend this place.

My friends and I really enjoyed Frank’s beautiful home. Not only was the house big for the group that we had but the property was very big and private as well. I hope we are lucky enough to stay there again in the future.

A charming home with plenty of personality. Great host, property was soothing and a great way to escape life. I was brought back to a Tuscan dream with the vineyards around. Plenty of arras for a hike, some yoga or just sipping wine. Beautiful spot!!

Frank's place was great! We booked last minute and the communication was fast and great. The location is beautiful and the place had lots of room for our group.

The pictures honestly do not do this place justice. “Wow” is such an understatement but it’s all that I can say. The surrounding scenery on its own was awe worthy so beautiful created such a peaceful environment and space to be in. Then you step in the house and it’s just keep getting better. The home is beautiful a truly amazing space my friends and I visit an Airbnb once a year and they all said this was the best one yet. We couldn’t figure out the hot tub which was the only downside but I still don’t count it as a down because we probably just weren’t doing it right lol and we honestly didn’t even need it the home offers many outside areas to gather and enjoy the outdoors the hot tub would’ve just been a little added bonus but definitely not a necessity. 10/10 would recommend. Also if you read the review that mentions a rodent don’t worry we didn’t see any haha it scared me to but so glad I didn’t let it stop me!

Amazing estate with picture perfect views and beautiful energy.

This Airbnb is the best I ever have and probably ever will stay at. The views are amazing, beds are super comfortable, it’s easy to find, and the kitchen is well stocked. You won’t find one better in Temecula.

Enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and house was clean and accurate to the listing description. The property was beautiful and located close enough to the things we wanted to do but remote enough to have privacy.
Frank was a good communicator prior to and during our stay. Frank gave good checkin information (signal is spotty in hills) and was thoughtful and gave us access to extra supplies for our long stay.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this beautiful home for a wine tasting weekend. It was such a beautiful little get away. It was nice and secluded. We all didn’t want to leave! Frank and Bianca were very responsive if we had any questions. It was such a perfect get away to invite my friends to. We had so much fun! I would definitely stay here again!

The views from the top of the hill which is a short and easy hike are spectacular. You can easily spend hours strolling through the lemons and avocados if the weather cooperates. Somehow, we picked the few days of the year when it rains in Temecula. Would love to return during the spring!

Frank's place was in the most beautiful location. Secluded yet still close to civilization. The home accommodates a nice size group and the en suite bathrooms made it easy for 7 women. The views are to die for and if you really want to retreat away in the quiet it's perfect. The frogs chirping at night added to the ambience...

We enjoyed spending most of time at the house, just enjoying the backyard and the beautiful views. It was about a 20 minute drive to the wineries in the area, which was great. We really enjoyed the privacy of the location and would definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful home in a seclude private and peaceful area! The estate was more than we expected. It was a great place to unwind and reconnect with yourself and nature. I would suggest bringing closed toe shoes so you are able to enjoy the trails through the orchards and vineyards. There are so many lemon trees to make fresh lemonade! Also, bring a good jacket to keep you warm at night when you are enjoying the fireplace or patio set. Upstairs has a room with two bunkbeds which allows you to comfortably accommodate several people. My family loved the estate and did not want to leave, we definitely will be back! The host and the property manager were very attentive and provided detailed instructions on what needed to be done for check in and checkout. They let me know we would lose reception once we got off the freeway and went up the hill, so we were not surprised when it happened. Also, the property manager sent a text to ensure I was able to access the house without any problems at my check in time.

Frank and his wife Pirtha were AMAZING host! they were responsive prior and during our stay. They were VERY accommodating and very helpful in ensuring our stay was exactly what we hoped for.
We appreciate them for ensuring that myself and our guests were comfortable....Pirtha made sure we had everything for our outdoor needs and even went to Target to ensure we had face cloths :)

The house was located in a lovely remote area. It was a perfect setting for a small retreat my colleague and I were hosting. We didn't venture away from the property but if needed it was about 20 minutes from shops and grocery stores.

What a house! Perfect for a large group! Kitchen living and dining is all open. There is a huge table perfect for group dining.So many rooms decorated very nicely. The outdoor space was expansive and we went on a few walks. Extremely private and the hot tub was awesome! Highly recommend.

My family and I had an amazing 2 nights stay in this place, that we've since coined as THE VILLA!! It is such a peaceful and ZEN place to stay. Frank was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay.

A tranquil getaway, with no neighbors. Just peace and quiet. I am in love with the Breville coffe maker with built in grinder. My family & I had a lovely X Mas celebration in Frank's house.

What a peaceful and relaxing place to spend time! The home suited our needs and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our son's wedding was nearby at Circle Oak Ranch and this was a beautiful place to stay to commute back and forth. The owner is extremely caring and easy to connect with. We loved the surrounding beauty and settling into the pristine jacuzzi after a long day was the icing on the cake!

We had a lovely stay at Frank’s place. The house was big, clean, gorgeous and looked just like the pictures. 12 of us stayed here and we all had plenty of space to relax and hangout. The place is very secluded with lots of privacy and walking trails. Large driveway for 6-7 cars to park.

To begin, we are so grateful for the last-minute booking at this airbnb. Our last airbnb booking was canceled on us, and Frank, the host at this location, rescued us from our weekend getaway. The house is emmaculate, there was plenty of space for our 10 guests. We we were comfortable and it was peaceful and so relaxing. Would could have been a ruined weekend. But at the end of it all, we had such a great weekend. We would definitely come back and book this house.

Spacious house. Perfect for a group of 12. There is a trail on the property which we explored after breakfast. Their are lemon trees on the property which you are able to pick. The house conveniently had a countertop metal hand juicer, which we were able to use to make strawberry lemonade. If you are going during the month of a October definitely pack layers. It can get a bit chilly.

Absolutely beautiful home with a stunning surrounding lemon orchard and gardens. Frank was an easy host to work with as he made sure we were all set for our stay and he answered any questions we had, during our stay, immediately. If you are looking for peace and tranquility but an easy drive to Old Town Temecula and wineries this is your place. Worked great for our group of 7! Property is wonderful and a great place to relax and soak in the beauty.
