Designed with gatherings in mind, the home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably sleeping ten guests. Wake up in the stunning third-floor primary suite, where a private balcony offers breathtaking ocean views—an idyllic spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The spa-like en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a shower with a view of the beach. Additional bedrooms provide cozy retreats, outfitted with plush bedding and ample closet space.

The heart of the home is the open-concept great room, where a sprawling sectional sofa and a 55” HDTV invite you to sink in and relax after a day in the surf. Natural light pours through picture windows, illuminating the gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, a large island, and Cambria countertops. Gather around the dining table, which seats twelve, for home-cooked meals or fresh local fare from Ventura’s nearby farmers' markets.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh sea air in the beautifully landscaped backyard, complete with a gas grill for evening barbecues. THINGS TO KNOW:

-For adventure seekers, whale-watching excursions and trips to the Channel Islands National Park are just minutes away.
-Walking distance to several local restaurants on Seaward Avenue.
-Located on one of the nicest lanes in the Pierpont area, with one of the widest stretches of sand in the Pierpont area, close to the volleyball courts at the State Beach, immediate access to the coastal bike/running path and close to retail amenities on South Seaward.
-Close to great beach activities, sand volleyball courts, wonderful bicycle path (to Ojai, Santa Barbara or Oxnard), fishing trips, whale watching and trips to Channel Islands National Park are all available from Ventura and Channel Islands Harbors (only five to ten minutes away). Great surfing all along Ventura coast for beginners to experts.
-There are beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella available for use at this property.

This is a beautiful, well appointed 5 bedroom home, perfect for a family of all ages, from an infant to an 80 year-old grandmother. The elevator makes the 3 floors accessible for all. The beach is steps away which was enjoyed by all. Even the weather was perfect.

The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with most items you could need. The location is easy to get to with parking for up to 4 cars on site. The beach is a super short walk with gorgeous views. I highly recommend this home!

The house is great and in a great location. Beach is steps away from house. My sons were able to surf and fish from the shore. Restaurants and grocery store are a close walk. The pier is about a mile walk and there’s a nice park also about a mile away. The kitchen is well stocked. It has a crockpot, baking dishes, blender and a rice steamer. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The room across from the bedroom with twin beds is full size. I would suggest moving a larger bed to that room and the full size to the first floor. I would also suggest having a larger supply of toiletries. The products provided are what you receive at a hotel. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and the garage can also fit a car. The house has a wagon and beach chairs (located in the garage) as well as beach towels. Our family had a wonderful time and made awesome memories. Thank you for sharing this house with others. We greatly appreciate it.
