Recently refreshed with updated furnishings and appliances, the space is warm, inviting, and features a comfortable Queen bed, fast WiFi, a private bathroom, and thoughtful touches throughout to help settle in and relax after a day by the coast.

The kitchenette area includes essentials for simple meals and morning coffee. Guests will also find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella ready for easy beach days nearby.

The location is one of the home’s best features. Guests can easily walk to the beach, local cafés, taco shops, grocery stores, farmers markets, and boutique shopping throughout Corona del Mar. Nearby Fashion Island, Pacific Coast Highway, and Laguna Beach are all just a short drive away, making it easy to explore some of Southern California’s most iconic coastal destinations.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Located just a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, cafés, local markets, and boutique shopping in the heart of Corona del Mar.
-Beach gear including towels, chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella are provided for guest use.
-This studio is part of a lovingly maintained family property originally built more than 80 years ago and still retains much of its original beach bungalow charm. It’s best suited for guests seeking an authentic coastal cottage experience.
-Please be aware that this beach house can get hot during late July-Sept. There is a lovely fresh ocean breeze, and portable AC units provided
-You may hear some construction noise in the alley, as this unit is in the back of the house. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10 pm and everyone is very respectful of this rule. A white noise machine is provided, and fans to allow for a peaceful night/morning of sleep
