Great house great location and the company was amazing with getting back to me when I had questions. I highly recommend it !

My kids an I loved staying here. The pics do not do it justice. The outdoor shower was my 12 year olds favorite and the loft above the living room was my 10 year olds favorite. We will be back for sure!!

Had a great time here. Super close to the beach and the house is very spacious. We loved the upper loft.

My husband and I visit the Ventura area at least twice a year and this time was wonderful. The place was clean and organized with plenty of room to relax. We enjoyed hanging out in the den and patio. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a park right across. Also, really close to the beach. We will definitely stay at this place the next time we visit Ventura.

We spent two nights and had a great time! The bungalow is super cute and well outfitted. It’s a few blocks walk to the beach and right near a bike path that runs all the way to the pier, and probably past it, but I didn’t go that far!

It was a wonderful location and beautiful inside! The hot tub was fantastic as well.

Great place . We loved the loft and the short walk to the beach . We did a cold plunge in the ocean on New years and warmed up in the hot tub after . Just perfect .

What a wonderful find! Quaint, cozy, quiet, close to beach & across the street from State Park dog friendly too! Grab it!

My overall stay at this place has been fantastic! The place is amazing with everything you need. I really enjoyed my time in Venture and, the next time I come back, I’ll definitely reserve again with SunnyDays. 5-stars overall!

Great Location!

The house is beautiful inside out. The location is excellent, two blocks from the ocean and the bike/walking trails , closes to coffee shops and local restaurants, only about 1 1/2 miles to Downtown Ventura. We definitely will stay here again for our next visit . Thanks!! Michael and Tung

Loved the amount of information an photos of the place we chose to stay at, and the host are very quick to respond to questions. The place was spotless and fully accommodating with towels, soaps an all the basics for bathroom an kitchen, they think of everything! They worked with us when it came to bringing pets, asking for an early check-in, and late checkout. They clean the place before your stay an even make sure everything is in working order.You can feel how they really care about your stay, an give you complete piece of mind through your whole vacation. Honestly, never been taken care of as well as Sunny Days did for us. House itself was a blast! Small walk to the beach, mins from pier, downtown and even grocery.The hot tub was amazing. Simple to use, an icing on the cake. We'll for sure be staying with Sunny Days again. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay

A beautiful space just steps from the Ventura beachfront. The place is immaculately designed - stylish yet simultaneously cozy. Has all the modern amenities you would hope for and then some. The jacuzzi in the backyard was a lovely touch that elevated the space to feel truly luxurious. This was where my fiance and I stayed the weekend I proposed and we left floating and in complete accord that it was the perfect lodging for such a weekend. Can not recommend highly enough!

Great rental! We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The backyard was perfect! It was a great space for our dog to run around, safe with protective walls, and a lot of trees to block out the neighbors. The pool and spa were wonderful and we spent a lot time relaxing in both.

We were very happy with our mini-vacation at this location. About 2.5 miles from downtown, so an easy drive, but not too close.

Fantastic place, just blocks from beach. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, den, and large courtyard with hot tub. Well worth the price!
