Tucked along a quiet cul-de-sac in the Pierpont Beach area, this home is perfectly positioned for easy beach days, relaxed evenings on the patio, and walkable access to nearby restaurants and local favorites along Seaward Avenue.

Inside, this home offers a comfortable, easygoing space to unwind after a day by the ocean. The living room features a cozy fireplace and a relaxed beachy feel, while the dining area seats six and connects to a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas range, and plenty of space to prepare meals during your stay.

The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and a bonus office room. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two Twin beds. The third bonus room is set up as an office-style room with a pullout sofa and TV, making it a flexible space for remote work, movie nights, or additional sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the home.

Step outside to enjoy the private paver-stone patio, complete with outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a custom outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after the beach easy. Whether you’re starting the morning with coffee outside or ending the day with dinner in the fresh coastal air, the patio adds a relaxed indoor-outdoor feel to the stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-The third bonus room is an office-style room with a pullout sofa and TV.
-Located just a short walk to the beach and only a few blocks from Seaward Avenue dining.
-Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
