Pelican’s Nest #4

We had a great stay at the villa. 3 min walk to the beach. All was as described. Anya was great, responding right away if we had questions or needs.

Just what we needed. The place is spacey and located just 4-5min past the grace bay resorts; we enjoyed having access to a very private beach (about 120s walk). It was perfect for the 4 of us but could’ve easily accommodated 6 of us.
The backyard is beautiful and the pool is a perfect place to chill when not on the beach.

This property was perfect for our family while in town for our daughter’s wedding. There were 8 of us, perfect space to share.

This home was amazing! Location was perfect and the host was responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, anything you need within 8 mins car drive.
The beat part of it all was the 2 min walk to breathtaking sunset beach.

Place was even bigger when we got there and so close to the beach. Quick drive to all the restaurants in Grace bay. Communication with the owners were great.

Beautiful villa and at a great location! Town is a quick 5 min drive. Third balcony as a view is the beach from a distance. We felt right at home.

If you are looking for a beautiful property in the Turks and Caicos, this is it. The surroundings are filled with outstanding landscaping and very well maintained! It was well equipped with spring water, beach towels, cookware, washer, dryer and detergent as well. It was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. All appliances and furniture was modern and well kept. They even supplied beach umbrellas and chairs. The best part is the short walk (2mins) to sunset Beach which is very private.

We went here on a group family vacation and this villa was PERFECT! It was incredibly spacious and clean and was only steps away from Leeward Beach and even to Grace Bay! And anything we needed in the villa they were incredibly responsive and eager to accommodate to us! If you have the opportunity to book with SunnyDays and this villa in particular I’d highly reccomend and would ABSOLUTELY go back if we visit Turks and Caicos again!

Sunny days home was amazing, the pictures are not enough to describe the place. We had so much room actually bigger than expected. Host communicated well. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location 5 minute walk from Beautiful, Quiet Leeward Beach Neighborhood was very nice and safe, security guards were in the neighborhood. The villa was extremely spacious and many amenities. Definitely would recommend

We were a family of six and the villa was perfect for our size. Plenty of room for everyone. Location was perfectly centralized to everything. Beach is a 3 minute walk! Overall wonderful!

Such a beautiful place—this was the best birthday trip ever! The house was lovely and just a short walk to the beach, which made everything even more perfect. The host was incredibly kind and super responsive throughout our stay, even allowing us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to plenty of towels and toiletries. Every detail felt so thoughtful, and it truly made our stay feel relaxing and special. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved Anya’s property, especially the gorgeous pool and gardens and the views of & proximity to beautiful beachfront. Anya was a gracious hostess—always friendly, communicative and flexible—TY!

The place was in a great location on the island, close to the beach, quiet area. The stay was superb.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Airbnb. It was very nice pictures were as described on the website. Clean and easy to access beautiful home. Nice pool quiet area. Would recommend to family and friends if they ever come to Turks and Caicos.

We had an amazing time & stay. The place was quite clean very private, all around beautiful and very welcoming. The space in this place is huge the pictures doesn’t do this place any justice. It was like we had our own private pool, the place we had was private…. EVERYTHING was just amazing. 10 out of 10. Me, my husband & two children enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.

House was as de described. It is very walkable to the beach. It’s right outside of the popular area of grace bay so you get some quietness to truly have a relaxing stay but yet only a 5 min drive to the middle of town. The host was always responsive and I would recommend this place to everyone especially if your traveling with family.

Such a nice a house. It’s was very clean and super peaceful. They provided everything you needed including towels for the beach and lawn chairs. All the TVs worked and had no problems with anything.

We had an awesome time at the Pelicans Nest. Anya the property manager made everything easy for us and was always responsive. The place was 3min from the beach and pool was a plus for my kids. We will definitely be back when we visit Turks!
