This place was such a beauty. If you like the pictures of the Villa you’ll fall in love with the place. It was so spacious and accommodated my guest more than what we expected. The location of the villa was perfect!!! It made it so convenient (still recommend renting a car). Anywho I would definitely stay at this villa again and Anya communication was great.
And let me not forget we had brunch in the pool. Yes breakfast was served in the pool (floating feast tci on ig).

Can’t say enough about this 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath unit. Escaping the high cost of having a good time does not go unnoticed in Turks but this house allowed the 6 of us to mitigate those expenses. The well provisioned kitchen, spacious living area, awesome pool and rooftop viewing area made the few nights at home a perfect entertaining venue. The beach is beautiful. The views from upper levels of the house are stunning and we found the locals in Turks and Caicos to be pleasant and helpful. By far the most relaxing trip any of us had ever had. Anya was very responsive with any of our concerns or questions. We will be back to Turks and Caicos and we already know exactly where we will be staying.

This property was stunning and made our stay in Turks and Caicos very enjoyable! The pictures truly do not do this house justice. There were 3 floors with spacious bedrooms on the top 2 floors. Two bedrooms had balconies with a beautiful view and there was also access to a rooftop balcony. The bathrooms were all very clean and spacious. The AC worked phenomenally and kept us nice and cool in the summer heat. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed. There was plenty of seating for our whole group, both indoors and outdoors. The beach was just a 2-minute walk down the road and was very private and clean. The pool and garden area were very well-maintained and beautiful. They provided the perfect backdrop for such a lovely home. There was plenty of space downstairs for dining and gathering. All the appliances worked well and the TVs were able to connect to various streaming platforms.
We were so fortunate to have found this place for our trip. It had everything we could have asked for. There are so many great restaurants nearby and it is very close to Coco Bistro, one of the best restaurants in Providenciales. There were also a few grocery stores within the area. The house is in a private, gated community with security which made us feel very safe and comfortable. Anya was a great host and always responded to any questions or requests very quickly.
We would recommend this property to anyone and everyone looking for a place to stay in Providenciales. It offered everything we could have asked for and made our trip excellent. Compared to many of the other properties on the island, the price simply could not be beaten for the quality of this house. Thank you, Anya!

We had such an amazing time! Anya was a terrific host and the villa is gorgeous!
These accommodations are right next to the beautiful beach and only a few minutes by car to anywhere on the island. We would highly recommend staying here!
