THINGS TO KNOW:
- Parking is available on the premises
- Shared pool between the 3 units of the townhome. Reserving all 3 units would make the pool private within your group.
- Distance from beach: 3 minute walk, 1 minute drive
-Pets allowed Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. Home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

- Please conserve power by keeping all doors and windows closed while the AC is in use as power is very costly on the island. Excessive use of power might result in addition fees.
- No same day late check out requests. We partner with a cleaning company and we cannot reschedule them if they've left in the morning. If they get asked to leave unapproved, additional charges will apply.
- Some supplies have been provided, but replenishing is at your own expense.

This home was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. There were 16 of us and we fit so comfortably with a ton of room which is hard to do with that many people. The hosts were extremely responsive. SUCH a great location. I would absolutely stay here again.

This home was a gem on our family trip to TCI. It fit all 18 of our family members comfortably and everyone loved the size of their rooms. It was literally only a 5min walk down to the beach. And the sunset views from the top floors of the home were unmatched. We really liked the fact that it was like 10 mins from places to eat and the grocery stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to accommodate at big party! This was an incredible find.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a girls trip of 10 ladies and it was definitely worth it. The units are so spacious and the host responded to every questions we had in minutes. I highly recommend Sunny Days
