This was the perfect Airbnb for my friends and I which there were 10 of us. We had two of the property which were next door to each other and we share the pool. It is Walking distance to sunset beach. Beautiful view on the balcony of the room and rooftop balcony. Would def recommend and would def book again!

As a large party of 8 adults and 4 kids, we loved this place and we very comfortable staying there. Walk to the beach was 5 min and close drive to stores and restaurants. We loved going to different places and explore the island.
The host was very responsive and flexible with check out time, which was very appreciated. The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We were missing a few bath towels in one of the master bathrooms on the 3rd floor, and, after a quick message to the host, these were quickly delivered.
We would definitely stay in this place again!

If you have a big group going to Turks, this is your place to stay! Everything was close to everything we wanted to do. 5 minute walk to a private beach. Quick responses, always pleasant and very helpful! If I ever return to Turks, I will always stay here! Thank you SunnyDays for making this the best birthday ever!

Looks exactly like the pictures. I previously read reviews complaining the 3rd floor room in unit 3 is really hot. That was my room and they have 2 ceiling fans, an air conditioner, and a standing fan. Also helps if you keep the curtains and door closed. The pool was nice but the beach is also walking distance. Beach towels and bath towels were provided and there is a washer and dryer as well. My guest also enjoyed the stay with no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay, and the Location was excellent. All the beaches and bars/restaurants were nearby. The villa has everything we needed to cook which was nice. They provided beach chairs & towels to the private beach that is just a 2 minute walk from the villa. The pool was very nice and clean and right outside the patio door. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to celebrate my wife's 50th Birthday (me and 11 ladies!) We had an Amazing Time! Everyone had more than enough space to spread out and not feel confined. The house was very large and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was just what we wanted (private with a pool and walking distance to the ocean). The Host is very responsive but was not needed as everything was already provided. Looking forward to returning to the Pelican Nest #2 and #3 when we return to Turks & Caicos in the future!!

A few minutes walk down to a beautiful beach from the villa. The access to the pool from villa 2 was awesome. Worked out well having two villas next to each other for our big group. Loved the Beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for us to use. Beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay! The property is quiet, private, and very close to the beach, which we loved. The location made everything super convenient, and overall the home was comfortable for our group. The host was responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with the gate. We really enjoyed our time here.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this property! The home was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel just like our own house. The beach was a short 4 minute walk and we were provided with beach chairs and beach towels. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely safe. The pool was simply divine—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We especially loved the rooftop, which was so peaceful and zen, the perfect spot to unwind. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would happily return again. Highly recommend
