Situated within the secure confines of the exclusive enclave known as Leeward, this exquisite three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom abode has been recently refurbished to include all essential modern comforts. Every bedroom boasts its own attached bathroom and generously proportioned closets, ensuring both privacy and convenience. Spanning three levels, the residence offers unobstructed vistas of the ocean that stretch over Grace Bay from the second and third floors. The unit also features a personal deck space complete with outdoor dining arrangements, comfortable seating, direct pool access, and a convenient grill. With a mere five-minute drive, you can reach the myriad shops and dining establishments that dot the landscape of Grace Beach.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Parking is available on the premises
- Shared Pool (shared within the 3 units of the townhome) -available all year, open 24 hours
- Distance from beach: 3 minute walk, 1 minute drive
- Pets allowed Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet. Home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

This AirBnb exceeded our expectations! Anya was extremely responsive and made it a super seamless trip. She had great recommendations of taxis, grocery delivery companies, restaurants, etc. One thing not super advertised is how close of a walk it is to the beach (2 mins!). The beach is amazing and not very crowded. I’d definitely stay here again - thank you Anya!

This place was perfect for 4 adults! It gave us all privacy and the townhome was extremely clean, which made it easy to relax. The pool was a nice touch and everything in the AirBnb worked as designed. A short walk to an outstanding restaurant and not far from the beach.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The villa is not only walking distance (2mins) from the beach but it also just has a wonderful old world charm. Beautiful views from the top floor and a tranquil oasis like atmosphere around the pool. We love Turks and staying in the Leeward area and we’re blown away by our stay. A high recommend for anyone looking for a amazing trip to the island.

Great private place right next to sunset beach, 3 stories gives tons of room and privacy to folks staying there. Gated all around with beautiful flowers and gardens around. We had a family of 5 stay for 4 nights and explored all over Provo, as well as north and middle Caicos. Our favorite beach was Mudjin harbour.
