Palm Springs Rose

This house has it all. We loved the heated pool and spa, beautiful surrounding neighborhood, and
short walk into town. It was a pleasure working with Christie. We would love to come back to this
house or to try another Poolside property for our next trip.

Fantastic, spacious house in one of the best locations in PS. House had some minor quirks we
couldn’t figure out (no closets, cable TV), but otherwise wonderful. The host company (Christie) was
incredible—went above and beyond in communication and service. Truly top-notch. Would 100%
book this place again.

This is an awesome home in a pristine neighborhood. The accommodations, kitchen, bedrooms and
pool are all first class. We have friends who own a home nearby and would love to rent this home for
overflow. All great!!

We stayed here as a family of 8 for an entire week. This house was beautiful and had plenty of room
for everyone. The kitchen was great for cooking in. Location was walkable to downtown and hiking
spots. The rental agent was very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend booking this
house!!

I recently stayed at Rose Paradise with family and friends that initially faced some hiccups, but the
host promptly resolved the issues, ensuring a pleasant overall experience. The property was
charming, offering stunning views and a cozy, and nice interior. The amenities were modern and
convenient, and the location was ideal for exploring the local area. The host’s responsiveness and
effort to make our stay enjoyable definitely left a positive impression.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christie's. We were in town for a girl's weekend and birthday
celebration. The house was lovely, clean and spacious; easily accommodated the 8 of us. The
service and response time from Christie was exceptional. There were a few things we needed during
our stay and we had it almost immediately. They even brought us some treats! I would highly
recommend Christie and this home and hope we are lucky enough to go back.

This place is truly amazing! Very clean, neat and organized. The outdoor area is perfection, pictures
don't do justice. The house inside is very spacious and well furnished. Very quiet neighborhood and
close to everything. We will definitely be booking here again!

We liked the small touches like the record player and snacks. All of the beds were comfortable with
nice linens and towels. And the location was fantastic.
The property was clean, if not a bit worn compared to other properties we’ve stayed at a comparable
price point within the vicinity.
The pool area really shines and there is ample indoor space for movies and entertaining a big family.
We’d definitely book again.

Really nice house with large pool, jacuzzi and pool deck. Perfect for family reunion. Located is historic Palm Springs neighborhood with beautiful homes all around. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and 2 living rooms, we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the stay. Pool and jacuzzi and outdoor are with gas fireplace and plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining.

Fantastic location and huge space with beautiful pool and spa; great for groups, well appointed with
stocked kitchen, lovely views of surrounding mountains and palm trees- pure heaven!

Great place! Comfortable with everything we needed and my family had a blast. Poolside Vacation
Rentals is the best —you can count on their properties to be well cared for and their management to
be thoughtful, friendly and responsive. We make it a point to always rent from them whenever we
visit Palm Springs now.

Great location to downtown. Good size house very comfortable. Loved the record playing and the
vibe of the house.

We stayed here for my mother's birthday getaway trip with my young daughter, my husband, and her friend. and had such a wonderful time. the host was responsive and set up a check in call to ensure we had what we needed and answer any questions. the house guide was extremely useful and detailed. The house is excellently positioned for traveling around Palm Springs. The outdoor area with pool, spa and courtyard are lovely and were a source of peaceful relaxation for our group. you have a clear view of the mountains from the pool and front door. the neighborhood is quiet. the way the rooms are arranged allowed for proximity to each other while having the privacy four adults need. we are still talking about it to this day. my daughter tells us when she talks about this trip it was the best house ever. we would recommend the house to anyone and stay here again

This house was amazing and Poolside Vacation Rentals was very friendly! If you’re a lover of mid
century modern architecture and furnishings, you’ll appreciate this home. Spacious and a great pool
with an awesome view. I rented this home with a few friends for my birthday, and we didn’t want to
leave!

We had an excellent stay in Palm Springs. We were a group of six women getting together to
celebrate a 40th birthday. The space is identical to the photos and there was plenty of room to
spread out, relax and enjoy the 100 degree weather. The pool and spa were beautiful and the kitchen
was spacious and easy to cook in. The location is hard to beat. I highly recommend this home for
your next stay and would gladly rent it again.

This house was absolutely perfect. The backyard and the view are stunning. The interior is incredibly
roomy and space for everybody to spread out during our girls trip. There are two masters with a
shared optional outdoor shower which was very cool. It’s just a little over a mile to downtown so it
was a nice walk in the cooler hours. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The host was incredibly
communicative making sure we had what we needed throughout and even dropped off treats for
everyone. We had a plumbing issue at the house and they worked to resolve it as best they could.
This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had to date.

What an amazing house! I rented this house for a big group of girls for our annual trip. Everything
was perfect. House is beautiful and right by many trailheads. Beds are comfy, nice double primary.
Pool and backyard is functional and stunning. The rental team went above and beyond.

Christie is the perfect host. The house was perfect to share with two families and the outside pool area was fantastic.

Had the best time here I while in Palm Springs - Christie was so accommodating and welcoming ,
checked in with us throughout our trip and was there with any questions . House is STUNNING- great

Great location, amazing scenery, great pool area with tons of seating and hang out areas, floats,
outdoor kitchen (and well appointed indoor kitchen). Plenty of room for our girls weekend. The decor
was great-all the extra touches were evident. We even played some vinyl on the vintage record
player. The secluded outdoor shower is a cool feature as well. Definitely would highly recommend
this property!

Better than the photos! Great layout, nicely furnished, A+ bedding and towels. Loads to do: swim,
ping pong, cornhole, watch movies, play board games, listen to jazz records. Plenty of space for our
group to spread out and find bits of quiet time. Fantastic location—and near everything!
