Fantastic home about a mile from downtown Santa Barbara. Incredible value especially for the location. Roof top deck is fantastic and hosts were great to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The home is located within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants.

Great location and very walkable. The sun deck was amazing for sunsets and sunrise with the lovely gas outdoor firepit. As mentioned in other reviews, interior is outdated and kitchen doesn’t have many cooking ingredients and spices (but that’s not in their listing). Sunny Days communicated efficiently and clearly allowing for an early check in, which was really nice for a start of a wedding weekend.

Great home, perfect location!

The house was perfect....so close to the beach and park for the grandchildren. They had so much fun.All the living areas....living room, breakfast room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well supplied and appointed to make our stay a 5 star event !!!!

6 adults - 3 sisters and thier husbands - in SB to escape the New England and Midwest winter. Perfect location for us. We could walk to the beach, resturants and tasting rooms were an easy Uber away. We took a couple of day trips to Lompoc and Los Olivios and access to the 101 was super easy.House is comfortable and well stocked. Laundry was a bonus.

This place was absolutely amazing. I would recommend it for anyone staying in Santa Barbara. It had the most wonderful views, landscaping, and everything we needed for the week! Communication was spot on! Will definitely stay there again.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again. Great location, two blocks from the beach. Can also walk to State Street from the house, it’s about a 30 minute walk. Has a patio upstairs with great view, you can see the ocean.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Convenient. Walkable. Great views.

We had a wonderful time here! The house worked well for a group of close friends; it was cozy, but with ample outdoor space. The location is absolutely perfect for walking on the beach, and getting to town easily without a car. I would certainly stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding. We opted for a VRBO instead of an over-priced, limited square footage boutique hotel. We had large bedrooms, ample living space indoors and incredible outdoor spaces. PLUS there is a beautiful pool table which is actually why I chose this particular property. Then - the management company AND the owner turned out to be incredibly helpful and awesome. Beyond highly recommending.

Our vacation was made to be more enjoyable because we chose to stay at this air bnb. We loved how comfortable the space was. Everything was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchen equipment.

This stay was very nice. The rooms were spacious. There were several areas to hang out around the house. They had every pot, pan, spice and condiment you could think of making it a desirable place to stay if you want to cook. Overall, the views were amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and the stay was amazing!

Such a fun retro vibe-exactly as advertised! The flowers and fruit bushes on the grounds were incredible! So close to the beach-easy access to walks along the beach! Great views on the rooftop patio! Easy $10 Uber to the Funk Zone (incredible dining and wine tasting). Super responsive-couldn't figure out how to get fire table to stay lit, they sent someone out to make sure gas was full, and were patient with us asking questions to get it working. They were accommodating for an early check in too. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location - so close to the beach and easily walkable to the center of Santa Barbara. Host management and communication was excellent. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped. This is clearly a well loved family home. Outside space was fantastic, especially the roof terrace and we all enjoyed a game of pool! We had a great stay here and the days were sunny!

The location is a block away from the ocean in a nice safe neighborhood. The property is a little outdated but overall clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop deck is nice with a view of the ocean. The host accommodated early check in for us which was nice. I would recommend this stay.

This home was perfect for our family thanksgiving week in Santa Barbara. The outdoor space was amazing and we had great weather to take advantage of it. It was near Shoreline Park and an easy walk to Ledbetter beach. The more active in our group walked to State Street. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, dishes, spices we could utilize. The kitchen is a narrow galley which was perfectly functional. Indoor dining space is limited but we were able to figure out a creative way to seat six, but we mostly ate outdoors. Rooms had nice beds. Bathrooms had the least updating of the rooms but worked just great. Hosts were responsive and helpful and let us know we had left something there and have worked with us to get it back to us. I hope we will have a chance to stay again.

This charming house was the perfect weekend getaway! The location allows you to walk just a few blocks to feel the serenity of the beach. The house itself is very cozy with numerous amenities such as a pool table (in a very eccentrically decorated game room environment), has a fireplace up top so you can enjoy a wonderful view while warming up, and has ample seating in the backyard for all your guests. Would highly recommend this fine BnB if you’re lookin to take it easy in Santa Barbara for minimizing stress and maximizing relaxation!

Awesome stay! We loved the house. The rooftop deck and yard were awesome. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms. Everything you need in the kitchen. The layout is dated/funky but in the very best way. We would love to return.

Great locale, easy walk to park, cliffs, beach access and 1/2 mi beach walk to town. Sweet deck AND roof deck. Fun billiards room on classic old 9’ slate Brunswick (careful of windows on draw back!). Perfect for our 3 generation group of 6. Wished for cruiser bikes.

This property is amazing; just as described. The house was clean, very comfortable, had new furniture, and the neighborhood was quiet. I also enjoyed the billiard table, sunroom, and patio. The house is close enough to go to State Street or Stern's Wharf, but far enough away to not feel like a tourist. We will be back next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Loved the outdoor spaces to hang out. Walked to all our entertainment. Beachfront walk only a block away. Perfect location for a sisters reunion!

I would definitely book here again. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect and super close to all of the restaurants we wanted to try. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
