Old West Temecula

Celebrated our friends who are getting married in a few weeks! We all had an amazing time and talked about coming back for an anniversary trip!

I can't say enough about the Old West place! I had family come in from Chicago, so taking the "city folks" to the "country" was fantastic! Everyone LOVED the surroundings, the decor of the houses, and the concept of the place. The kids-teenagers, LOVED sleeping in the jail and the whole family enjoyed gathering in the saloon for cards and pool. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again!

This property does not disappoint! Pictures don't do it justice. The old west town is perfectly staged to be an old west jail, saloon, and bank--complete with spooky lights. Wish I had more time to stay. Only minor suggestion would be a little stronger wifi. I hope to be back again this year!

What a wonderful family destination! We brought all our cowboy gear and had tons of fun in the Old West town. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more- my son or my dad! The kids got away from screens for a few days, climbing on the huge boulders in they yard, hanging out in the hammocks, and watching the little fish in the pond. They are already talking about when we’ll go back.

This is an amazing property! My family and I were completely amazed and had a blast . I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a unique quiet western gem!

We had a wonderful weekend at this very unique space. The western theme is everywhere throughout all of the spaces, so no matter which room you stay in, you really get to enjoy the charm. There was so much to do, we never wanted to leave!

A truly unique property! So private and relaxing, we had the best time. We all had fun playing games and hanging out in the old west town. The property has so many different areas to hang out or relax, and they all have awesome details! We can’t wait to go back!!

Family and I booked the old west for a small western themed wedding party, the venue is so unique and perfect for our party. The main house was clean and cozy and the old west town was great fun

Great place to stay - very cozy and well put together. The rooms are huge and the property is great for kids . The only suggestion is to put curtains in the other 2 rooms as the property is open concept and if you like to sleep in the lights come early . Great for kids and very safe

I stayed here this past week with my mom and 2 daughters for a stress-relieving getaway and it was exactly what we needed! The house itself was immaculate with calming decor. Beds were comfy, bathrooms very clean, and the home was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Now let’s talk about the property... The Old West area was SO much fun. I have never seen anything like it outside of Knott’s Berry Farm, much less be able to have it to ourselves! My girls wrote and filmed a short movie out there that was hilarious, there are even hats and props to play with. The entire yard was perfect for relaxing...fountain pond with deck chairs, hammocks, porch swing, fire pit, even a very clean spacious jacuzzi...unfortunately it was in the 40°-50° range for weather so we weren’t brave enough to use it this trip. This was by far the best rental I’ve stayed at and can’t wait to go back when the weather is a bit warmer. Communication with management was prompt and courteous, and the house rules are very fair. Highly recommended across the board!

I rented the space for a Team Building and training conference. With the owner's prior approval, we invited others to attend the training during the day - shared a virtual presentation from an out of state client, shared a lap-top presentation via an HDMI cable to the large TV. It was casual and comfortable and we broke up the day by inviting a photographer to take group shots and photos for fun. Barefoot provided all sorts of props (no need to bring your own as we did).
Beautifully decorated, well appointed and just an all around fun atmosphere!

We had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect setting to relax and prepare for our son’s upcoming wedding. We had plenty of room to practice our dances and be together as a family. Thank you for a great stay.

We had the most incredible time at this amazing property! Everything from handcuffs to cowboy hats to horseshoe towel hangers! So many incredible details and fun to be had.
The home was beautiful, comfortable and was super spacious for our group of 7. They had the kitchen essentials (Keurig, sugar, salt, pepper, water and ice making fridge, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags and cookware)! They had bathrooms fully stocked with great body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They had plenty of extra bedding, and the place was very clean. They also have supply of Duraflame logs and wood to use in the fire pit.
The communication and response was superb with hosts, and we thoroughly enjoyed every single second! We dressed up and took a million photos in the jail, bank and saloon. The attention to detail was just incredible.
Heating in the main house was awesome, and TV dish channel selection was amazing too! As mentioned in their description, cell service is spotty. We disconnected for our 2 night stay and I highly recommend bringing out your inner kid again. This place lends itself to it!
Would love to come back here again and highly recommend!

Everyone loved the property!!! We all have told our friends & they want to plan a trip & go back in time to the Old West. It is a perfect place for the adult kids and children. The property has so much to offer. The house is lovely and spacious, perfect for a large group.

What a great place. Amazing facilities. Had an amazing time with a group of friends. Located close to winery region of Temecula so also had a tour of some of those vineyards. This place is amazing!! Our kids absolutely loved every aspect of the property. The western town is out of this world! The pond with fish was lovely, the jacuzzi was perfect for adults/kids, and the outdoor fire pit was perfect for the late evenings. Spectacular place to visit and close to the wineries!

Best place for a family getaway! We were looking for a change of scenery during the shutdowns and this place was just what we all needed for a few days.
The house is clean and. comfy. It is decked out with modern appliances yet beautifully decorated with western touches.
The saloon was by far our favorite space, we brought board games and played out there every evening.
The other outdoor spaces are also a treat, the water feature has a hammock nearby, great for napping, and the front yard has a lush lawn, perfect for outdoor games.
The fire pit has plenty of seating, great for star gazing.
The grocery store is about 12 miles away, so maybe stop on the way in to avoid backtracking.

I was blown away by this Airbnb!! I booked this for me and a large group of friends for my 30th birthday, and it could not have worked out better. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space without feeling cramped, BEAUTIFUL grounds, and the BEST saloon I’ve ever seen (it was better than any of us could have expected). I want to stay again!! Unforgettable weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old West Temecula property where we celebrated my husband's 50th birthday. There was plenty of room for family and close friends to stay on the property and the Saloon was perfect to celebrate together. My brother in law found an app that linked to the player piano which was so much fun! So many cool touches that transport you to the Old West. We also enjoyed the large jacuzzi at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend this property!

What a great and unique experience. The main house is extremely clean and well kept. The house is in great condition and has very high quality finishes. The western portion of the property is straight out of a Hollywood set. So much fun for the entire family. Jessica was an extremely responsive and easy to work with host. This place is such a great find and can’t wait to go back again.

The experience was superb. It felt like we were brought back in the 1800s. The house had all the necessities and was spacious enough for our company of 4. The ghost town had a great atmosphere and it was so much fun to play pretend. The outside area is very spacious too with bunnies running around. Temecula is a wonderful place to visit with local wineries, restaurants and old town. I would recommend to visit this place to escape from hectic modern city, and enjoy some quite time while having fun in the rancho and the town.

This property is so thoughtfully designed, from your own; pond with fish, saloon with cowboy hats and a self playing piano to walk- in showers, I could go on for days talking about it. I can’t wait to come back here!!! If I owned it, I’d never want to leave.

This property was better than we expected and clearly a labor of love by the owner. We took our grandsons who were in constant awe and loved every single part of the "town." And the house was wonderful too. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories.

We booked this property for 3 nights to accommodate our small wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone commented on how cool and unique this property is. We all had a wonderful time!

If you’re looking for a fun family vacation spot, look no further. We stayed at the rustic reserve with our three kids and it was better than Disneyland. The property is amazing. The photos in this listing are great but literally don’t even do it justice. The main house is gorgeous and all the western touches make it all so fun! We spent our days playing in the western town and all around the house. It is spectacularly clean! I booked this on a whim for a fun Covid family vacation, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! Jessica was responsive and provided lots of information for us. We enjoyed horseback riding nearby, mining for gems, farm tours, and dining alfresco at many of the wineries which are very close by. Just so you know, there is zero cell reception on this property, so best not to make it a working vacation if at all possible! Try to disconnect and enjoy this amazing place.

Do yourself a favor and stay here. This is such a unique home with so many cool things to do. We were there for 3 nights and could have stayed another week. The home itself is open and clean with amazing decor throughout. The saloon, bank and jail were so fun for the kiddos (and adults) to play in. The outdoor spaces are abundant which include a huge jacuzzi, fish pond with waterfall and little trails that were so much fun to walk through. We sat by the fire pit at night and took in the stars. You are pretty far away from any neighbors and the lot is huge. We will definitely be back.

My family and I had a murder mystery themed dinner party in the saloon and we had a blast!! This home had so many great rooms, props, and the surroundings were just gorgeous. We’re already talking about coming back for years to come. If you’re on the fence, book it!!

This place far exceeded any expectations for an AirBnB. From Jessica being an exceptional host, to having all the details perfectly executed into a beautiful rustic/western getaway in the middle of wine country. All necessities are included into the property. You really just need yourself, suitcase, and a good attitude to make it the stay of a lifetime. We spent an entire 2 day’s just enjoying the property itself and having fun photographing every corner.
Would recommend this stay a hundred times over.

Amazing property!! Everyone had the best time. Was shocked how clean it was. Bedding and towels were crisp and clean. A wonderful time was had by all, from the kids to the grandparents there was never a dull moment.

This is without a doubt the best airBnB experience I’ve ever had, which I don’t say lightly. The hosts were extremely accommodating and even before we booked the place and continued to help out throughout the stay. The pictures don’t do it justice—it is an immaculate designed old western town complete with thoughtful details and fun surprises that kept us entertained the whole time. Even the main house and guest house were perfect. I truly have no complaints and will undoubtedly be coming back here year after year!

Truly a memorable experience, and a portal into the Old West and the pictures don't do it justice. We all dressed up for the occasion and it brought back a feeling of child-like wonderment in all of us with more that enough activities anyone can enjoy over a long weekend: sit around the fire pit, play poker and billiards in the Saloon, relax in the hot tub, practice lassoing, and laying in hammocks around the property. Instructions on check-in, usages, and check-out were clear and plenty. The host responded to all messages within 20 minutes, even into the night and was very accommodating to last-minute requests. Honestly couldn't have asked for better.

Celebrated my birthday here with friends and it was everything we dreamed and more. All the info about the listing was straight forward and accurate. They have a LOT of cowboy hats available to use so you don't have to worry about buying extra!

We had such a fun time staying at this property!! Upon arrival we noticed the cleanliness and care taken to get the home ready for our stay. I spoke with the property manager many times before our stay and she was very eager to accommodate all our needs. Our kids enjoyed the fun western style atmosphere and were immediately drawn to the cowboy hats and sheriff’s attire that was there for their enjoyment. The pool table kept my teenagers busy and being able to sleep in a jail cell was a fun bonus! We had a wonderful stay at this Rustic Reserve and will definitely stay again. We recommend this to all who are looking for a fun and quiet getaway in the beautiful wine country of Temecula.

This place is epic. Perfect for an unforgettable group trip, have never seen anything else like it. Hosts were helpful and very responsive and the property has plenty of comfortable places to sleep, hang out, host dinner, etc. Indoors and out. It’s worth paying to heat the hot tub. Highly recommend.

Our stay was incredible! The house was so comfortable and spacious. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfy, and may be one of the best I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. The living room and dining/kitchen area made hanging out effortless and very relaxing. The couch was huge and so comfortable, too! The Western town was super fun to explore and hang out in. It really felt like we were back in time hanging out in a saloon -- such a fun and unique setting that really added to our experience. There is so much space both indoors and outdoors-- we loved sitting by the pond and relaxing and taking photos in the Western town. We truly had a phenomenal stay and loved every minute!

Amazing stay and experience. Our son loved running around playing cowboy. The house was very comfortable, with great décor and detail to give us that western feel. We had an absolutely fantastic stay for my wife's birthday! The space was even lovelier in person—bright, welcoming, and with more than enough room for our entire group to relax. The highlight was definitely the saloon, which became the perfect spot for fun hangouts (there was also a cabinet filled with leftover cowboy hats, so we could really get into the mood). From the comfortable beds to the thoughtful touches around the home, everything contributed to a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and spacious getaway!

We had a wonderful time here, it was scorching hot but there is so much to explore in all of the indoor spaces, the saloon is fantastic! Also a great place to play music with family and friends, the piano sounds great! 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at Old West Temecula. The novelty saloon and jail cell were such a treat, and the stay itself was quiet and comfortable.

Very unique experience, tremendously decorated, even had a bunch of old western hats, holsters, guns (fake) available to dress up old west style and take some great photos in the old west town. Comfortable beds for 6 in the house and up to 4 in the old west town (full bunk beds) if weather cool enough (no AC in old west town). Saloon was a blast!

Seriously if you have the opportunity to stay at this location, do it! Everything was clean, perfectly tied into the old west theme and the communication from the property manager was amazing! We went with a group for my 40th birthday. The jacuzzi was bigger than we expected. The house was immacu and had everything we needed to prepare beautiful meals- we ate on the patio daily. We utilized the saloon- played pool and poker and some of our guests stayed in the jail overnight! It was spacious enough for our group of 8, and intimate enough that we all got bonding time during this amazing staycation! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We took our family of five (3 boys ages 1 year, 3 years, and 6 years) here and everyone had a blast! The guest house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were all very comfy! Even the beds in the jail were super comfy! While the house wasn’t set us specifically for kids (no crib, baby equipment, stools for sink, or baby proofing etc) it was still pretty safe feeling for the kids running around and the baby crawling on the (very clean) floor. We had a great time in the ghost town and the actual town, visiting the wineries. The boys didn’t want to go home!

Grounds and amenities were great. Utilized the saloon for an old west murder mystery dinner on Christmas Eve with family, all dressed up and in character. Setting was perfect! Plenty to do without ever needing to leave the grounds for 5 days. Brought lawn games, had poker tournaments, and Christmas tree ornament craft making! Great place for family gathering.

Best place ever!! This property was above and beyond expectations! So true to the advertisement!! Jessica was always so quick to respond to all my inquiries. The home is totally stocked for cooking, relaxing, hot tubbing, playing pool in the saloon, or relaxing by the pond. A destination to remember....hot air ballooning, horse back riding, hiking and ax throwing!!

Hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed in! The ranch home was beautiful and stylish. We loved the Western decor throughout the entire home, both modern and old fashioned. Home was super clean and had all the amenities you need. What made this place over the top was the saloon, bank, jail house. Makes you feel as if you are in an old western movie. Also, the wineries are within minutes of the ranch and taking an Uber was easy. Lastly, Jessica was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back!

Wow, great place to relax and enjoy with family. This staycation met all our expectations and more. Cleanliness is so important to us that this Jessica’s Place no doubt the cleanest Airbnb thus far. Details are impeccable and Jessica as host is all 5 star. Looking forward to our stay again.

Exceeded expectations!!! We were prepared for a fun, whimsical stay but we did not expect the level of comfort and luxury that this place delivers! Everything felt high quality, thoughtful, and NICE — from the comfort of beds to the relaxing outdoor spaces to the excellently appointed kitchens. I came here for a bachelorette weekend and everyone was really dazzled by it! The saloon is PERFECT for large group hangouts, and having the space for everyone to spread out in two houses AND the old west town (which was surprisingly very comfortable, with its own bathroom too!) was simply fabulous. We had a weekend to remember forever, and I would highly recommend this rental to groups looking for a unique and comfortable stay.
