Took a week's rest amidst an extended Road trip and found this house to be a home away from home! Very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. Nice heated pool and Spa was a plus!

A great place to stay in Palm Springs! Nice pool and hot tub! Close to downtown.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for a weekend. We were able to go to the grocery store close by to stock up on foods and snacks we wanted. Downtown is very close and so is the airport. Very clean house with extra towels and sheets.

Good neighborhood- 10 minute drive to main area of Palm Springs. The property is in the direct flight path of the airport.

Property description, photos, amenities, layout were very accurate and matched the listing. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the kitchen and cooking tools were -- you could tell a lot of care and thought were put into the items available to make sure that we had everything we needed (a full spice rack, coffee, cooking oils, etc.)We would definitely stay at this property again.

Nicola Road is an amazing mid-century modern home in Palm Springs. It is minutes away from the airport and downtown. We initially had some difficulty (previous tenants had disconnected multiple televisions in the home and a shower head needed tightening), but the local agency promptly sent Nick to the rescue. He quickly fixed everything. This is a very unique property, nicely furnished. It has an in-ground spa which feeds into the in-ground pool (the spa actually heats the pool over time). The pool and spa are salt water, which feels amazing on your skin. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We hope to stay there again next year for our annual get together!

We stayed 5 days for a family trip and had a great time. Location of property was very convenient to everything especially a grocery store less than half a mile. Although it was extremely hot temperatures the pool was lovely and a life saver.

Wonderful place to stay, so close to connect to everything. sunny days was very responsive as well. Highly recommend

I had a very pleasant stay. The backyard, pool and spa were great. the house has several lounging areas which is always a plus if you have groups. I was solo but still enjoyed being able to read or watch some shows in various parts of the house. A great Palm Springs style experience:)

Clean and relaxing with a Modern vibe. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio is great for lounging in the sun or shade. It is conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs via a quick drive. The neighborhood felt peaceful and safe. The host was easily accessible and responsive.

Great quiet place.

The house is beautiful. It’s everything you would want for a getaway in Palm Springs- pool, hot tub, fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned Florida room, HUGE walk-in shower in the master bedroom (which has its own seating area). A trip to downtown Palm Springs is 5 minutes and a grocery store and pharmacy are 2 minutes (it’s actually walkable from the house but we were there in July when the temperature is between 110-115 F). The landscaping is classic Palm Springs and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. When we arrived, the house was immaculate so we knew we were in for a good time. You won’t regret booking this house for your next stay.

Perfect location with great views while lounging by the pool. Near the airport so planes are noisy but not enough that would prevent us from staying at this location again.

We had a great time in a Palm Springs and the house was great. The pool and backyard are fabulous. The property manager was responsive with any question. Would definitely rent again!!

The house and property are beautiful and spacious. We loved this space. My kids especially loved the pool. We travelled in mid-November and opted to pay the additional fee to have the pool heated — it was well worth it and def. recommend if you travel in winter.

We had the best time at this beautiful property. Everything was clean, convenient and organized. The heated pool, spa and backyard are magnificent with fun colored lighting at night. The landscaping, Mountain View and seating were beautIful. The kitchen had everything you need and the AC worked well. It was dog friendly for our mini dachshund. The beds were comfortable, TVs in each room worked well with premium channels and the master shower bath was huge and amazing! We had the best time and the neighborhood was fun to walk around. We hope to return soon!

Immaculate and welcoming on arrival, this property is a wonderful vacation home to bring the whole family! We brought our dog along and we all had a great time. Centrally located close to ships and restaurants, as well as tucked in neatly within a pleasant neighborhood. Pool is nicely heated and air conditioning works well throughout the home - a must have! With all the work put into the backyard, it feels like a proper day lounge. Would highly recommend!

This house was great. When we first arrived it was very inviting as they had the lights on and some light music playing inside. Everything was as pictured and it is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. Great for a getaway vacation!

Stunning views of the mountains. Great out door set up! Plenty of room to relax and truly have a getaway. Absolutely a hidden gem in Palm Springs!!

We had a great time at this house. The backyard and pool are lovely, and the interior had good space for hanging out outside of the sun as well. The process for getting the pool heated and turning on the jacuzzi were super easy as well.

Backyard is the gem of this listing. Spent a lot of time relaxing by the spa, pool, and outdoor sitting areas. Air traffic from local airport is significant but generally wasn’t bothersome for our family. Close walk to grocery and coffee shop. Short drive to downtown.

It’s a beautiful place to stay at! The pool and accommodations were perfect!

This house is the perfect spot for a week or even three! We spent a month working and playing in Palm Springs and this was a great launch point for everything we wanted to do. The pool and the hot tub in the backyard sometimes made it hard to leave and they were the perfect temperature and great for our winter escape. There is a fabulous Albertsons grocery store just a few blocks walk from the house. While the house is directly in the takeoff/landing path of the airport, we LOVED it! There is an airplane curfew, so don't worry about it bothering your sleep! We will definitely stay in this house again! What a treat for anyone looking to escape the winter and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer!

The host, SunnyDays, was very professional and responsive. The property is a typical mid-century house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean. The outdoor area was phenomenal! It is completely private with a sitting area protected from the hot daytime sun. A large pool and outdoor living space made this an ideal property for rest and relaxation. The house was very well appointed with everything you would need. The sun room is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent stay.
