THINGS TO KNOW:
-Walk to Miners Oaks favorites like Farmer and the Cook
-Immediate access to hiking and biking at Ventura River Preserve
-Just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Ojai’s shops, restaurants, and farmers market
-Easy access to Ventura and Santa Barbara for day trips
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $400/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
