-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
- Pool heating is available for $100/day (plus tax & processing) with a 3-day minimum and heats to approximately 75–80°F and cannot be adjusted higher. Please note the pool vacuum must remain in the pool to help keep the water free of debris.
-There is a pool house in the backyard that is NOT PART OF THIS RENTAL. No one resides in this building and no one will at any part of your stay and it is off limits to guests per City code.
-The pizza oven is decor only and not for guest use
-This home offers air conditioning and if you would like AC during your stay please contact our office to pay the $35/day (Plus tax) fee for AC access.
