Magnolia Crest Manor

This home was perfect for our group of 6 to stay while visiting Nashville. The house had all we needed inside and its location was very convenient. A Short Uber ride to downtown. There is also a unique food court down the block called The Wash, that is worth the visit.
Everything inside was as described with comfortable beds and 3 full baths. The host was very responsive and helpful in making for a very nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at Kaitlin's place. We were able to walk to get ice cream at Jeni's and it was a quick drive to get downtown. The house has a fun eclectic vibe and lots of room for our family of 5! We loved all the little details in the decor. Comfortable beds and even some goodies left for us in the kitchen.

Great house, great hosts!

Stayed at Kaitlin’s house with my husband and two toddlers and had a spectacular time. It was tastefully decorated with a mix of vintage and modern elements and was impeccably clean. There are four spacious bedrooms so this place would be great for bigger groups too. The location was convenient and a relatively quick car ride to all of the places we wanted to visit. It was so nice to have such a lovely place to relax in after exploring the city. The backyard is huge too - the kids enjoyed playing there and running around. I’m so happy we opted to stay here rather than a hotel since we had all the amenities of a hotel with the creature comforts and flexibility of being in a home. Kaitlin also provides a super useful guidebook to her home and to Nashville with a wealth of local insider information. Would highly recommend!

We live in the neighborhood and have need to rely on Airbnb a couple times due to house projects. We are always a bit nervous that we will end up with a house that will be a bit fratty and gross due to the booming tourism industry in Nashville.
This place was GREAT! It’s NICE and clean and well appointed. The beds are SUPER comfortable too! Good job!

Great house in cool East Nashville-sad to leave!!

This gorgeous house was the perfect location for our five member family. We were just close enough to downtown to be anywhere within minutes, but just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The furnishings are lovely and picture perfect. The home was clean and we'll appointed. We did not use the outdoors because we didn't have enough down time. Would suggest this home to any smallish group or family who would appreciate the beautiful finishes.

Expect to be surrounded by a mix of fun and stylish furnishings and art pieces. Sets the perfect mood for a trip to a fabulous city like Nashville! The host has thought of every little thing you’ll need. Amazing space!

Honestly not even enough words for how much I loved this house! It is even cuter in person than in photos! Every room is unbelievably decorated with every detail thought of! The location was super convenient to everything we did, and we went all around town (downtown, east, gulch)! All of the beds were incredibly comfortable and fit everyone in our party perfectly. This was perfect for a girls weekend with a large group. We all said we would definitely stay here again during a return trip to Nashville!

The designer victorian manner in East Nashville was a great stay! The home is wonderfully decorated with a unique aesthetic throughout. It was clean and well kept. The hosts were quick to respond to any outreach I had and accommodated all requests! The area has some great foodie spots and also a 10+ minute drive to other areas of Nashville to explore. We had a great weekend in this comfortable, beautiful, and luxurious house. Bed, linens, and shower were great. We enjoyed relaxing in the back yard and using the grill. Kaitlin was an attentive host. I use Airbnb a lot and definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the house! It has a really cool vibe, the room designs are beautiful. It looks a bit different compared to the photos, a lot more unique and cute, which we liked a lot.
There were four couples staying at the house, so this was perfect for us. However, if we had extra people join, that would’ve been tricky with the sleeping arrangements, since the pullout sofa is in one of the bedrooms.
The location was awesome, super easy to get to places and lots of dining options around in walking or driving distance (less than 10 minutes).
Would stay again!

We enjoyed our Nashville visit! The house was a great place to come after long days of soaking up what Tennessee has to offer. The interior of the house has a great vibe which made the perfect setting for cocktails and recapping our daily adventures. A block and a half away from the house is The Wash. A great spot for food and drinks. The up and coming neighborhood felt safe and pretty quiet with friendly neighbors. We definitely recommend this house if you’re visiting the Nashville area and want to stay in a cool area with plenty to offer and way less touristy.

I was nervous about running out of hot water with all of getting ready every day but there was plenty and there was 6 adults! The location was great, about a 6-10 min Uber to downtown/Broadway/Gulch! Loved it and would love to stay again next time we’re in Nashville!

We booked it for a girls weekend & got to explore East Nashville which was so fun. I booked the place based off the beautiful interior design but was pleased that all the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to were in the same area. We easily could have walked to quite a few but usually took a super short uber because everyone was dressed up and not wearing suitable walking shoes.
The caretaker was really quick to respond. The house was clean, super chill neighborhood, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Us and 3 other couples came in for a weekend in Nashville. The location was close to downtown (short Uber ride), clean, had such an awesome vibe with the decor, and we loved that each couple had their own private space with the way the house was laid out. Getting into and out of the place was simple and we really loved the fact that there wasnt a chore list to complete before we left. We all said that we would for sure stay here again! Would highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our first visit so much that we booked this comfortable and convenient home again one month later. A few upgrades were made to the kitchenware since our last visit. A nice tea pot was added along with some new cooking utensils. As always, the entire home was very clean and nicely appointed. The fenced back yard is a great space for our grandogs to visit while we are in Nashville visiting our son. We only used two of the four bedrooms but the house can easily accommodate guests in all four bedrooms while still affording plenty of personal space. Have 2.5 baths is also a very big help. This home will continue to be at the top of our list when we visit Nashville. Thanks Kaitlin!!

Such a great place! Really close to all the happenings in east Nashville, and just a quick drive to downtown. Kaitlin's checkin/checkout process was so easy and her digital welcome book had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay at the house and in Nashville!
Additionally, having FOUR full bedrooms in a one-story house was a huge perk. Me and three friends all had our own rooms and our own space.

Kaitlin’s home is absolutely beautiful! You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the decor of the home. It was so cozy and warm and felt much more homey than other rentals we have stayed in. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup, and we loved the little amenities such as granola bars & water bottles. The house was spotless upon checkin, and would highly recommend this for groups traveling to Nashville. The bedrooms are on the corners of the home, so you have your own space, even with they’re being space for so many guests. Would stay again in a heart beat!

What a house! While the house fools you into thinking it is small from the curb, once you walk in you are immediately struck by how large it is and how well decorated! Every room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and everything needed for a quality trip. We did have a small issue regarding something the cleaning crew skipped, but the owners took care of it very quickly by offering a refund on a large portion of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience fee. Very nice place and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend with a bedroom for each of us and space to hang out in kitchen on bar stools. Great location close to everything in East Nashville, Opryland, Vanderbilt , 12 South and downtown. Nashville is fairly small so easy to get around. We will stay here again.

Lovely place! Gorgeous house and extremely comfy beds. We loved being able to walk to restaurants nearby and the Publix for groceries. Would definitely recommend Kaitlin’s place.
The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the hot tub was murky and had leaves/debris in the bottom. It ended up being too hot outside to use the rest of our stay anyways.

Kaitlin's place was a nice base for my family for the weekend. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and the beds are comfortable. We took a few nice walks around the neighborhood too.

My friends and I stayed at Kaitlin’s during a conference we attended. Her place was a wonderful place to land every night after the long day. It was a great place for our reunion! The house was beautiful and clean, well-stocked and easy to find. There are several delicious and “best of Nashville” restaurants close by, and a grocery store within walking distance. Everyone raved about the comfort of the beds and linens. We didn’t use the hot tub due to the (already hot) weather, but it looks great! We especially loved Kaitlin’s laid back attitude about check-in and checkout. Thank you! We would most happily stay at Kaitlin’s again the next time any of us are in Nashville.

This was a great place to stay in Nashville for the four of us (we each had our own spacious room. With two full baths AND a 1/2 bath AND mirrors in each room -- it was so easy for our group to get going each day!) A basic for me wherever I stay is a place that is clean -- and this place was spotless! The towels were soft and perfectly white. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans and utensils we needed (loved - loved the cold, filtered water from the fridge!) The decor was so inviting, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The location is good -- it is a short, straight drive into downtown Nashville and the near-area has many great restaurant/take-out options. Seriously -- do not hesitate to stay here when visiting Nashville.

Very beautiful excellently maintained older home. The decor is top notch with pleasing artwork throughout the house. Beds and bedding were fantastic. The location is ideal with great options in walking distance and only 15 minutes or so from downtown. Ubers were roughly $25-$30 which is about the same as you’ll pay for parking. I would gladly stay there again. The family loved it!

Solid house, good option for 4 couples. Fun area in East Nashville and if you're willing to walk 20 minutes you can get to a good bit of spots. Bring your own soap! Also, stagger your showers as we would run out of hot water after 5-6 showers in the mornings.

This place was so fun! The home was larger than I thought it would be and every room was thoughtfully designed. The home had a lot of charm and was in a walkable neighborhood with great bites to eat just a block away. The host owns a store down the street called Lykke Haus, so if you like the decor definitely go down and buy some things to take home with you! The house was clean, the hosts were helpful and responsive. I would love to stay here again if ever back in town!

We enjoyed two nights at Kaitlin's house in East Nashville. The house has four very nice bedrooms (we only used three), a nice little kitchen and a lovely dining room/living room combo. She has done a nice job decorating with both whimsy and charisma. The locale was also very convenient for us. We live in NYC and like just walking from home to bar/restaurant and the house had a good locale for that. All in all a terrific rental and look forward to going back again.

The house is perfectly laid out for a group. Each of the four bedrooms are located on each corner of the house providing plenty of privacy for each guest. The touches are thoughtful, there are even black towel for makeup. Kaitlin is extremely responsive and accommodating.
The house is located in the heart of the up and coming east-side where you will find a ton of restaurants and local eats/coffee shops with Nashville flavor. This was our first Airbnb experience and definitely has encouraged us to skip hotels!

We cooked dinner twice and were delighted with the range, stove, and cookware. The large back yard was a bonus along with allowing our granddogs to spend time with us during our visit. We are big fans of East Nashville since we visit our son often and would prefer to avoid the more "touristy" areas while still having access to great dining and bars. The location is great for easy access to pretty much anything worth doing or seeing in Nashville. Thanks for sharing your home and we will be back soon.

Absolutely gorgeous home, quiet location but super close to a great neighborhood. We loved staying here! Kaitlin is a fabulous host and communication was excellent! This will be our first choice of a place to stay when we come back to Nashville!

I didn’t think a house could be as charming as the pictures. This place is beyond charming it is perfectly decorated and cozy at the same time. Easy trip to and from downtown and there is modern TV equipment. Amazing stay and I will only stay here in Nashville!

This is a great Airbnb.!! The home is very spacious and comfortable. It has plenty of room for a family or group visit and is design so that everyone can have their own space. It has all the conveniences of home and is also in a great location— close to restaurants and bars. Very very clean!!
