The living room is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, inviting moments of relaxation and shared laughter, accommodating up to four guests.

Additional comforts in this suite include a washer/dryer for added convenience, a wall-mounted Roku TV for entertainment, and an en-suite bathroom adorned with a comforting tub/shower combination.

-The main building, standing tall as the original two-story hotel, once provided respite to stagecoach travelers and offered lodging and meals for the modest sum of 25 cents!

This was a great little stay in the middle of Marble Falls. Easily walkable to all the local fare. The place was neat and clean, a nice unique one room space that does exactly what is intended for. The unit has nice amenities although a few blankets would be great, especially during an arctic vortex when we were visiting. Parking is right on the premises as well. We had a very nice visit in a very nice Air BnB.

McKenzie House is a remarkable lodging location in the heart of Marble Falls. It is literally right around the corner from Main Street where most of the shops and several restaurants are located. Although the home has 6 suites to choose from, they all have their own private entrance and we felt like we had the place to ourselves. The home was very clean upon our arrival, the host was very responsive when we had a question, and we would definitely love to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Sunny Day’s! As a fan of Texas history, I appreciated the thoughtful renovation of this 1907 home, which beautifully retains some of its historic charm. From the original hardware finishes to the spacious porch with rocking chairs, every detail added to the cozy, timeless feel. There’s nothing better than gently rocking with a book in hand, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The location was also perfect for walking to dinner, making it easy to enjoy local spots without needing to drive. A wonderful balance of charm, comfort, and convenience—highly recommend!
