This place is fantastic! It's very close to town and the beach, located in a cute, safe, and dog-friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This place is very spacious and in a great location only a few blocks from the center of Ventura and not far from the beach. An excellent place for staying several days!

This is the perfect location for us. It’s walking distance to downtown, a collection of restaurants and shops that’s perfect for visitors. If you need your morning latte, there’s a joint on the corner a few steps from the apartment. I was able to run from the apartment to the beach and run along the waterfront each morning. Equally important to us, it’s a few blocks below Poli St., which is the street we take to my father’s house. The apartment itself is a good size for two people. The kitchen and living room are open, so the place feels spacious. It faces west, and there’s lots of natural light. We come to Ventura every few months to see family. We’ve stayed at a lot of AirB&Bs, and we’d like to make this our regular place.

Came to Ventura to visit Santa Cruz Island. This rental was just as described. Clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient and walkable to downtown. Would definitely recommend to others or consider if, when in the area again.

Great, sunny unit close to everything in Ventura. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Well-stocked kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great blackout curtains. Extremely comfortable chair in the living room. Huge closet. Definitely felt luxurious.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, with off-street parking, down a side street behind the unit. Upstairs, there are two units, but the bedrooms are on opposite sides, so it is very quiet. My “neighbors” were friendly and helpful as well. Easy to walk to many great places. Would stay again!

A nice quiet place that has an excellent cafe around the corner and a corner shop. Really good. In fact, as in the description: you are quickly in the pretty downtown. About 10 minutes to the pier and beach. Otherwise, everything is fine. Very helpful hosts who also answer the phone late in the evening and help

Incredible stay! The apartment was perfect for myself and my dog. Location was incredible. I will definitely rebook for future trips to Ventura!

In the late 60's I lived less then a block away. The neighborhood still has it's charm and there's a cool coffee shop two doors down. I'll likely be back
