We came to visit cousins and meet new members of the extended family. What a great house with plenty of relaxing spaces, in doors and outside.

We came to Ventura to visit our daughter for Christmas. This house was perfect for our family. The California vibe was fun. The location was central and made all of our touring easy. I would definitely stay here again. Property managers, Sunny Days was responsive and easy to work with as well.

We had thee best time. Very roomy and the backyard was perfect. We used the BBq and the jacuzzi. Perfect location for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ventura. The home looked just like the photos and was very clean. The outdoor space is extremely private and spacious for the area. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard and our dog especially loved the grass yard. The home was very cozy and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The bedrooms were all uniquely decorated with cute decor. Overall this is a wonderful home and an enjoyable place to stay in Ventura!!

This 1950’s home was well maintained and decorated so well. The inside has comfortable furniture and feels cozy and inviting. Nice special touches with complimentary toiletries was wonderful. We slept well in the quiet neighborhood and the backyard is not only creatively done but we loved having coffee in the “shipping container” room and eating dinners at the little table. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very well, decorated and designed house, had everything we needed. Record player with awesome records was fun! Great open floor plan.

Super clean. Very comfortable beds in all 3 bedrooms. Spaciousness was really good as there were 5 adults. Beach was fairly close - too far to walk - but 6 minute drive. Supermarket very close.

Clean. Open with lots of light from windows and French doors. Interior decoration, colors and feel were inviting and cool. Well Connected with outside in backyard with French doors and cool climate. Very responsive management. Close to anything you want - beach, food, coffee, etc. Definitely will stay here again.

Great place to stay in Ventura. Close to downtown and the beach/ marina. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, was very gracious and accommodating, and made us feel at home.

Great spot, 5 min drive to beach and downtown, walkable to grab coffee and walkable to the Pierpont beach area. loved the giant avocado tree in the back yard.

We loved our stay in Ventura! It was the perfect getaway for our family. Close to the beach and easy walking to the store. Loved all the decor and home aesthetic, it was the perfect little beach house! Fit our family of 5 plus our pup perfectly! Would definitely to come stay again!

We had friends that lived in the neighborhood so we knew we would like the location. Close access to beach, restaurants and downtown by car. Perfect spot for R&R with some friends!

Really appreciated the low scent accommodation and what wonderful owner and home. Great memories made even if the weather wasn’t perfect. Super close to many eateries and grocery stores, and the beach is a very short drive away. Will definitely stay again next year!

A very cute and well maintained cottage in mid town. Spacious bedrooms and a really nice living area that was very comfortable. incredible backyard with lots of pace and nice landscaping makes the house feel like a private oasis. would definitely stay here again.
