THINGS TO KNOW:
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Sunny Days approval.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $75/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
