THINGS TO KNOW:
- Parking for 3 cars (1 in the garage 2 in the driveway)
-Airport is 10 minutes away
-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

Perfect Stay for Coachella Weekend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house with a pool for the Coachella festival. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and we really appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The pool was definitely a bonus, providing a refreshing break from the desert heat. This location and stay was awesome for my group of 6! We were able to lounge by the pool and then relax inside where it was extremely feeling at home. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were amazing. The check in was seamless as well the flexibility from the hosts! Definitely would recommend staying here if in the area!
