THINGS TO KNOW:
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-The bedrooms in the main home have walls that do not extend to the high ceilings allowing for audio connectivity between the rooms.

All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.
-Note that a long term renter lives on the property grounds in a completely separate unit and will not interfere with your stay at all
