- Distance from the beach: 15 to 20 minute walk and 3 minute drive
- Beach chairs and beach towels are not included
- Absolutely no smoking in or around the units or a smoking fee will apply
- No taping decorations on wall, ceiling or furniture
- Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. This home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

Great stay overall. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Within walking distance to most popular restaurants. Only a few minute drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. Highly recommend if looking for a modern and clean place to stay.

Highly recommend!! The house itself was beautiful, modern and spacious with 2 bedrooms w/ private bathrooms and walk in closets. Spacious kitchen to cook, dining table massive couch to lounge and relax in the pool, it literally felt like we were at home. One of my fears was the humidity would welcome bugs but I can happily say between the AC and fans we didn’t feel the heat inside and the house was bug free. The location was down the road 10-15 minute walk from the beach, shops/ restaurants and right around the corner from coco bistro, cocovan. We definitely recommend renting e-bikes from bobs scooters to get around the island as everything is so close. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and comparing the prices of other hotels and airbnb in the area it was definitely worth the price and stay! The SunnyDays team was actively responsive and super help with recommendations. Thank you SunnyDays, we had an amazing time in Turks and we look forward to staying with you again!!

My stay at SunnyDays was well worth it!!! This Airbnb is location right in the heart of grace bay and close to many locations. The house was very clean and packed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be booking this location again.

So a friend and I stayed here, we loved it. Felt safe as there are cameras, security gate with a passcode and it was a little off the main road. The pool was warm and nice, the place was well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic ! This location could not have been better , very close to some of the best restaurants , night life and beaches on the island. Our family had a great time and our temporary neighbors were quite friendly ! I would stay here again . The home was beautiful and the AC was nice and cold which was awesome as well .
