- Distance from the beach: 15 to 20 minute walk and 3 minute drive
- Beach chairs and beach towels are not included
- Absolutely no smoking in or around the units or a smoking fee will apply
- No taping decorations on walls, ceiling or furniture
- Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. This home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

This is an excellent property. It’s right in the center of the island where all the restaurants and shops are, and no more than a half a mile from Grace Bay. Nice big clean kitchen and entertaining space. Would be great for a small family or couples trip. The property has cool A/C a small pool in back, nice big TVs to entertain at us night after a day on the beach and was just what we were looking for in Turks. Just around the corner is Coco Bistro/CocoVan for casual and/or fine dining. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! Perfectly situated, just a short stroll from Grace Bay, Coco Bistro, and fantastic dining spots. The unit exuded modern charm and was impeccably clean. This beautiful home is a great place to stay with friends. The photo listed is exactly what you get. Extra towels and sheets were available in the apartment. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything was less than 10 minutes driving but if you really want to you can walk. Host was very detailed with all information before our arrival. I received an immediate response when I had questions. Definitely will recommend!
