-Parking notes: You'll find driveway parking for 3 cars. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis; do not park in front of neighboring homes.
-This home does not have laundry units included
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park
-Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.
