It’s probably one of the best places to stay in downtown Ventura. You can walk to the famous historic district. Where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, and vintage thrift stores. The nightlife is amazing as they block off the streets for a festival like celebration every night.

Loved the stay! It's close enough to downtown that it's only a short walk to get everything you need, but far enough away that it's very peaceful and quiet at night. Would love to stay at this location again in the future!

Great place. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. There's a carport behind the apartment for parking. I slept on the sofa sleeper and it was comfortable. We will rent this place again.

Really nice place overall. We had a fantastic stay. Great kitchen, bedroom, and living space. Really easy to get around. Quiet and private neighbourhood. It was almost perfect. Would recommend.
