The location is everything. Close to Grace Bay, restaurants, the Fish Fry, grocery store, etc. The Airbnb was clean, the host was very responsive, and check-in/check-out were easy. The outdoor common area is nice with a lovely pool, plenty of loungers, and a small eating area with a grill. Would stay here again.

We were in condo 102. Tastefully decorated place, looks better than pics, master with king bed, second bedroom with one twin size bed. Living room has full/queen size sofa bed which was comfy as its felt brand new. We were 4 adults and it worked well for us. Apartment is walkable or short drive to couple beaches at grace bay and that area restaurants. Place was stocked with basic toiletry and has fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay for 5 days. We rented car and parking was free and condo is gated (ask for main gate code if you are bringing car) and in quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend it. The management was super responsive.

Overall great vacation rental. The unit was clean, modern, and spacious. It was perfect for our small family, especially the kids. The unit is perfectly positioned on the first floor with easy access to the pool, parking, and grill area from the patio. The a/c worked well and appliances were suitable for our week long stay in Turks. The complex was quiet and had low traffic. We met several neighbors at the pool, some residents and other vacationers. We felt safe and had no reservations walking to restaurants in the area, or even Grace Bay Beach at all times of the day.

Had a great stay, unit was very clean and walking distance (5-10 minutes) to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful property! Didn’t need to contact host much bc everything was perfect and descriptions were on point. Quick Response when I did contact. 9 min walk to the beach about a 45 second drive. Had the essentials to get our stay started. Pool was a little chilly as others stated but we mentally prepared ourselves for that and we enjoyed it. We are very pleased with our stay.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The condo was new and well appointed. The pool was awesome. The condo was five minute walk from the Sands resort. Very easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely return.

Great place extremely clean convenient location

Beautiful place to stay and centrally located in Grace’s Bay

The condo is clean and near the beach (you could walk it, but we rented a car). The rental agency was very responsive to our requests and inquiries. There is a pool outside (which is great). There are restaurants not too far away by car!

Our stay was fantastic! From start to finish, it was everything we could have wanted and more! The condo was spotless on arrival and it was a very comfortable and beautiful place to have our second stay in beautiful Provo! The amenities were great and sometimes it felt like we had the whole complex to ourselves. Anything that came up (albeit minor) was addressed quickly and our host is so welcoming and kind! We didn’t want to come home! We will definitely be back- thanks again for a wonderful stay!
