-There home offers garage parking (2 spaces) and Driveway Parking (2 spaces)
-This home is located a short ferry away from the Channel Islands National Park.
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150(plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150(plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.

Our one month stay in Ventura at the AirBNB was wonderful. The location was perfect, well-situated in relation to grocery stores, downtown and the beaches, and access to 101. We thoroughly enjoyed walking in the neighborhood, and the views and sunsets off the deck were amazing. My husband enjoyed the hot tub, and the grill was great. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

Was very easy to feel right at home. The house is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need, so all you have to do is unpack and enjoy. From the TV to the WiFi to the check-in and everything else, all of the instructions & expectations were clear & accurate & communicated well in advance. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, & the house is a peaceful retreat to unwind & relax. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially.

It’s all about the view! We came here for an ocean view and that’s exactly what we got. The place is plenty spacious and shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. We loved our stay. Really enjoyed the house, the gorgeous view, and everything Ventura has to offer.

There are a lot of great things about this house, but two things stand out. First, the management company is great and incredibly responsive. Second, the views from the upstairs windows are even better than they look in the online pictures. Every night there is a gorgeous sunset, and the view of the ocean is great every moment of the day. I recommend this place highly!

This place is beautiful. It has sweeping views of the ocean, which would be enough all by itself. (Be sure to take the time to enjoy the 'pink moment' as the sun sets.) But the house is also designed and furnished to make the most of those views. Well done!

I've never been so pleasantly surprised with the actual property, as compared to the listing. This house was more spacious than I thought it would be. The 2 ensuite bedrooms are useful, and the common areas are huge. It has an excellent view all the way down to the water. Very nice.
