-Parking notes: There is one space available within the closed garage and one space is permitted outside the individual garage door tandem. The garage is shallow 6ft height MAX 8ft width no lifted cars or large trucks will fit. Any height is OK outside the garage as this is uncovered but cannot exceed 20ft in length. Overnight street parking is also permitted.
