Beach Palm

This property was comfortable, clean, perfect for our family Christmas. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The outdoor areas were peaceful and comfortable. We did the 2 minute walk to the sand for the sunset each day.

This home was simply unbeatable. It was the best stocked home we’ve ever been to, very clean and beautiful. The location is incredible. A wonderful beach is about 500 steps away. This will be our go to home whenever we are in the area. Thank you so much to the very kind and professional owners!!

We stay at airbnb's whenever we travel and especially like it when we find one that has personality. This one has it hands down. I fell in love with all the natural light in the house. It has obviously been decorated for the home owners own use. They have paid good attn to detail with the art work on walls, the books, the dishes, the games. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need for cooking. The outdoor space makes you never want to leave. We actually tried to add a couple of days for that reason but they were booked. Walking distance to beach and to a few restaurants. A short bike ride over to Main St with several restaurants and shops there. If I am ever out this way again, I will definitely be back!

Great place for a family with kids or a group looking forward to some beach time. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes down a quiet neighborhood street. The hot tub was a really great amenity in a cute private space. The patio in the front of the home was adorable and also very private.

We spent a long weekend here in the early fall for a writing retreat. It was the perfect location! Close to the beach, relaxing, comfortable rooms and common spaces, and great local restaurants. Would 100% stay here again!

The woman stayed here for the wedding and it was perfect for their needs and to help the bride prepare for her wedding day.

We had a family get together one day and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and the patio was a comfortable place to relax and visit. The host responded immediately when questions were asked.

Everything about this house and stay in Ventura was great. I contacted SunnyDays twice and was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. The house was beautiful and the garden was lovely.

This home was wonderful for our stay. It is in a neighborhood across from an elementary school. Childhood laughter during the day, quiet at night. When there are waves—which is often—you can hear them from your open windows at night. The ocean air is rejuvenating. The front yard is a little private paradise with beautiful gardens and ample places to sit and hang out with your crew. The great room is warm and welcoming with vaulted ceilings and lots of seating for you and your guests. The house has a beachy vibe which works well because you are a two minute walk to the beach! The beach is expansive and never was crowded.The bathrooms were cute with beautiful tiles, and the two downstairs bedrooms were just the right size. The primary upstairs is quite large and surrounded by big windows with a view of greenery and a peekaboo view of the ocean. My husband and I called it the treehouse because you are up with the palm trees. All of the beds were super comfy with great bedding. We will definitely be staying here again next year!!

My family of six loved staying in this charming home with a beach vibe. The kitchen area is bright and roomy so we could enjoy spending time together there. We also loved the front patio full of plants and lots of seating. We enjoyed being close to the beach for walks, and the cool weather meant we got lots of use from the hot tub. Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in - it feels like someone’s home and not a hodge-podge of random furniture and decor. The primary bedroom upstairs was so roomy and gorgeous with lovely views. We had a very nice stay!

We've stayed at three different AirBNB's in the Pierpont area, and this one was definitely the best. The layout was both comfortable and spacious, there were plenty of amenities, and the hot tub was a plus. We'd definitely stay there or at another Sunny Days property again.

My adult kids families from Northern Cali with my grandkids all stayed a week for Christmas break. Way special and fun! We lucked out with great weather for spending beach time fun. Our host was so friendly and had the place all decorated with Christmas lights and a tree! Our two family’s of 7 were happpy in our sleeping quarters with very comfortable beds! The house & front yard has a cool vibe and the hot tub was so epic with the full moon! The big kitchen fully equipped made our meals together easy and special. Thank you for sharing your awesome home to cherish our Christmas memories. We can’t wait to come for another visit!

From beginning to end - this is a great vrbo . Keyless entry easy. The house is about 7 houses from the beach . Ocean views from upstairs . Hear the ocean . Very clean . Lots of conveniences : salt, pepper, ice, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner. Appreciate all. Lovely fresh flowers. Hot tub is great . Lots of towels there. Agile people to go upstairs - the main bedroom so peaceful, big, bed very comfortable, bathrooms super cute and beachy. Thank you so much.

Very nice place to stay. Stayed with our two young children plus my parents. Easy walk to beach, had lots of little useful things like sippy cups for the kids. Would stay again.

This is by far one of the best houses I’ve had the privilege to have rented. It’s one of the best stocked houses in case you forget something. It was spotlessly clean, an amazing fireplace plenty of wood. The back area off the kitchen has a jacuzzi and it was the cleanest in any rental I’ve ever seen. The Nieghborhood is great beach sand just a few feet from your gate, ocean views from master bedroom. I took this last minute because of work being done on my place.. highly recommend this house comfy, cozy and every very inviting. The owner told me she raised her family here and there are good memory vibes, you definitely feel that. The stove is AMAZING so cool…. Thank you for allowing us to destress for a couple of days worth every penny…

We loved the place and it was cozy. It was only steps away from the water. Parking was plentiful. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to enjoy the home.

We are so grateful to have been able to stay here the past few days while being evacuated due to the fires in LA. We were looking for a safe place to stay, and instead found a peaceful oasis just steps from the beach. This house is a true home away from home, and my family and I will definitely be staying here again, next time under voluntary circumstances!

Beautiful home so so close to the beach. Fun area to walk/bike around. House was very nice. I feel like the reminder that they only have small amounts of coffee filter/soap/etc is only for those that stay longer than a week. I brought paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, extra soap- but none of that was necessary for our 4 day stay. Great spot. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best family trip to Ventura! You cannot beat the location of this amazing house. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was lovely to be able to leave both doors open and enjoy the breeze on the whole first floor. Our dog was happy and comfortable there too. We absolutely plan to return!

Great place! Kitchen and living room were open and spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked, hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice front porch.

The house was unique, cozy, clean, and well stocked. The location is close to the beach but private. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return again next year for our annual ladies weekend.

SunnyDays’s listing was a perfect stay for our annual friends weekend getaway. They weren’t lying when they stated “Steps Away” from the beach. The beach location felt private and it was a lovely morning walk. The home itself was refreshing, beautiful views, and we enjoyed just hanging out on both front and back patios. The kitchen had everything we needed for several nights of cooking and the rooms were very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This lovely house was everything we wanted. Plenty of room for kids and parents and grandparents, plus a quick walk to the beach or to coffee or to the ice cream store. Lots of light with casual, but nice furniture. Didn't worry too much about the children eating on the rug or feet on the couch! Just like home.

This was the perfect beach house for our energetic three-generation family group! From quick walks to the beach, long bike rides on the bike paths, and cooking and hanging out in the very comfortable home, we had a wonderful vacation. We particularly appreciated soaking in the hot tub and gathering around the gas fire pit in the evenings out on the patio! All in all, an awesome home with excellent amenities in a great location!

If you’re looking for a very well kept house central to almost everything in a very nice neighborhood just steps from the sand look no further. One of the cleanest and well stocked houses I’ve ever rented. Amazing set up great master bedroom with ocean views allot of character, cool entry yard great jacuzzi in back off the kitchen and over all just an amazing experience good vibes from this place. Everything near by grocery, Starbucks, yogurt shop, restaurants all 5 minute walk away not to mention the beaches. Have fun we did

This eclectic beach home is so lovely. The owner has great pride. It is comfortable and the proximity to the beach is bar none the best choice. From the affordability, bright airy space, to the spa like hot tub, bed and bath accommodations had our whole family agreeing “we’ll be returning here“.
